Nice if you’re twelve

I was unhappy with the juvenile designs, so I requested a change from the graphic style to the patterned (stripes, dots, etc). They refused to change the subscription, even though it gives the two style options on their FAQ page. After I canceled the subscription, they kept sending the cartoonish socks, some of which I returned unopened. The company seems scattered as if the different departments don’t communicate. I gave the unwanted socks that I had to my daughter. Even she didn’t want them because they were too high, like knee socks. What seemed like a great concept turned out to be a flop. Not for me.

I absolutely love this subscription

I absolutely love this subscription! They have been reliable with sending a pair of socks every month and each pair have been great quality and loved the themes! Highly recommended to any sock lover out there! Absolutely renewing for another 6 month subscription!

My husband bought me a sock…

My husband bought me a sock subscription from this company for Valentine’s Day. I have loved all the socks they have sent me and the packaging is fun. They love using puns!

Don’t waste your time with this horrible company!!!!!

I wish I could rate this company a negative 10. In december I prepaid for a years worth of socks for my hubby for Christmas (2 pairs a month). I get the January socks, no problem. Then February I get an automated email from them saying there was a problem with my CC. I had to email them asking what was happening because for 1, there was no issues with my card (I called my cc company), and 2 I already prepaid for my order. After about 15 emails they finally realized they messed up. I finally get my feb socks in almost march, come to find out that they send me a duplicate pair from January. Now another few emails later they semd me the replacment, along with my march socks. Come april, get the socks to see that they send a duplicate pair from march. They say they are going to send me s replacment pair, send me a tracking and they never come. I emailed and now all of a sudden “they are having issues with UPS”. Now come may,
I get 1 pair, I asked why, they said I only paid
For 1 pair a month!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!????? God forbid you ask for a phone number to talk to someone, they just ignore you. These people have NO clue
What they are talking about. Needless to say, I told them to cancel the remainder of my subscription because I literally couldnt deal with them anymore. Found a much better company (socksmith/sock drawer). Dont order from this company!!!

Update as of may 18th: the founder of this company, Daniel, called personally to apologize for what I’ve been through (with a follow up email) and offered a free 6 month of socks! Now, that is customer service for you!

The subscription service we all need

Great idea, I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, I wear socks every single day of my life, what a better way to get them delivered to you monthly, did I mention how great they are? vibrant colors, wash well and look great, no matter how many times you wash them the colors stay vibrant, highly recommend this subscription service

Genuinely support this company with my whole heart

I have been receiving socks from say it with sock for over a full year now, each time they update their packing it’s super cute, I’ve never hated a single pair of socks I’ve received, and I just think they’re a great cause, I recommend these to any and every person who compliments my socks any chance I get. They’re super soft and stretchy and not tight at all on my calves. I absolutely love them.

If I could give a zero star

If I could give a zero star, I would. I got this subscription for my gf as a gift. Their product (when I actually receive them) was great! We loved the socks! However, their customer service is TRASH. Just horrible. They have charged me two times, would have been THREE if I didn’t cancel my membership and have yet to receive my socks for both orders... I’m sorry but it’s almost May and I haven’t even received my March socks? Their answer is always, “we are short staffed”. I understand that, but you had no problem taking my money when you’re fully aware you’re behind on orders by two months. This sock subscriptions is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not waste your time or money...

Worst company in the world

Worst company in the world and even worse customer service, ordered a box on February 1 for my boyfriends birthday, still on April 20th the socks have yet to ship however I’ve been charged for 3 months worth of a subscription. Asked for a reasoning and was told they “couldn’t understand why they weren’t ship” and would ship and extra pair, well what good is that when there’s no socks being delivered, absolute scam. Don’t waste your money

This was a nice treat

This was a nice treat. The socks are well made. My son and I were stoked. The socks chosen for us were funny and made us smile and the packaging even came with some fun facts about the subject matter of the socks. This is something so small, but made such a fun time out of our day during this time. These are definitely something to look forward to. And expect to wear them for a while. They're nice socks.

I have used them for 3 years for…

I have used them for 3 years for Christmas specials for 6 month subscriptions. First 2 years were good. 3rd year has been a night mare. Subscription sign up issues, shipping issues, billing issues. Emails from them stating my subscription would be cancelled if I did not update payment info. But I was a 6 month prepaid subscription. Told to ignore this. Incorrect type of socks shipped and customer service argue with me as to why. condescending comments, false claims of my actions, etc. etc. Letting this 6 month expire and I am done! Hate it cause they have a pretty good product. But too many issues.

Initially I loved this subscription... Beware of shipping inconsistency

Initially I loved this subscription, but after consistent issues with delivery service I had to get rid of it. They decided to go tracking free with USPS and clearly lied when socks were delivered. The customer support seemed so great, but here I am having cancelled my subscription and just praying my last month of socks that they supposedly shipped out will arrive by the holidays.

What a treat getting these awesome socks delivered to us every month. The designs are great and the quality couldn't be better. Received this as a gift but definitely going to buy myself another subscription afterwards
