Bought a large model on xmas eve and amidst all xmas holidays etc etc i actually recieved item on 30th dec. Absolutely great service, thankyou. Will definately buy again if they get more large scale modrl car kits in.

Itesm were never delivered, despite what they may say regarding courier they did not deliver to safe place as have CCTV footage to prove that no one entered our drive from fedex on the day in question. The courier never called me back after a week of waiting in relation to my case so that says volumes. Owner was quite abrupt and confrontational in all honesty, so buyer beware and avoid IMO. Read the rest of the 1 star reviews on here (wish I had before I placed order and wasted £122) and decide if you want to take the risk if something goes wrong. Plenty more reputable model shops that deserve your business out there. Learnt my lesson this time.

One of the best online retailers for scale models.

I have placed and received several orders from SMS. The packaging is meticulous and you can tell care has been taken to not damage products in transit.
Delivery is usually next day (depending on service chosen).
The staff are quick to reply to emails and resolve any issues you may have.
You can place orders with SMS with complete confidence.

I've bought a few items from this company and they've been delivered quickly, well packaged and exactly as shown on their website.
The range of products available is impressive, with some things I just haven't been able to find elsewhere.

I must recommend Scale Model shop. They halve gone above and beyond in helping me obtain a product after being let down repeatedly by another model company. Even putting one aside while I get the refund from that company. Excellent customer service.

I needed some dead matt varnish, I set up my account, ordered it, was notified of despatch, kept informed of it's progress to me and it arrived, as described and at the time stated.

I WILL be using Scale Model Shop again and I WILL be recommending them to my friends and associates.

Ordered on Saturday afternoon ,had an e-mail Sunday morning to confirm and parcel delivered today Tuesday. It was very securely packaged and contents bubble wrapped and bagged separately .I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely order from them again.

Had a bit of a mess up with my order (probably my fault) - 2 items on the order that I wasnt aware that I'd ordered - mailed at 5.30pm on a Bank Holiday Monday to ask for help to sort it out - I got a mail at 9.00pm the same evening confirming a refund on the two items - really impressed - thanks John!!
