I've placed a lot of order with SMS over the last year and have only every had absolutely stellar service with them!

I ordered a paint set
I ordered a paint set, one of which had opened in transit (or possibly from a faulty seal). Absolutely no fault of Scale Model Shop, but they replaced the paint that had spilled, with 24-hour turnaround too. Brilliant service, will order from here again :)

More than happy to shop at Scale Model…
More than happy to shop at Scale Model Shop again. I placed an order, as a first time customer, on Monday at 10:52. Received an e-mail at 13:51 to say that my order had been dispatched. I chose "Royal Mail 24" delivery which delivers in 1 to 2 days. RM notified me later that day at 17:14 that my parcel would be delivered between 09:26 and 13:26 the next day. On Tuesday morning I received the parcel at 09:33!!!
My order was well packaged and I received it in less than 23 hours from placing it on the website. Very pleased with the fast service and more than happy to shop at Scale Model Shop again.

I am always wary of companies who.......
I am always wary of companies who do not share their address so I made sure I paid with PayPal for an extra level of protection. Service was excellent, goods arrived within 24 hours. I advise you to put your address on your website as it must put a lot of people off!
