issue sorted after time.
After about 2 weeks of back and forth, the issue of the nozzle not working. We were sent a replacement. so far they are working fine.
Poor quality …don't waste your money
Bought 3 diffusers last November and one has already packed up after being used for about 2 hours a week.
Apparently no returns after 6 months!
So I'm left with a load of oils and a piece of unrecyclable junk.

First class with excellent customer support
I have bought 3 units and had a slight issue with 1, James and Max got back to me quickly and the issue was sorted. Good range of fragrances and something to suit all tastes, with smells lasting well. Best thing is there’s no nasties in them to irritate you so smell clean and fresh. I have bought various smells and all last a fair amount of time with daily use. Customer service is really good and Max or James get back to you via email swiftly with no fuss.
Hardly any scent?
Everything is fitted correctly and am using oils supplied, however I can hardly smell anything?! A very very feint smell! Even using on highest setting, is there something I’m missing?! Tried 3 different oils and no difference. We want to use it in a shop but so far it is worse than the water diffuser we were using. Any ideas?!

Bought this and had nothing but issues…
Bought this and had nothing but issues with it, contacted CS and yes I got replies from James and Max but nothing happening.Had it now 2 months and in cupboard as useless .Straws are too short,doesnt puff much out ,even though I have cleaned it as recommended and noisy.
A complete waste of money and now I get no contact or support.

Had a few problems with my first diffuser contacted the company and James responded straight away.Nothing was too much trouble and a replacement arrived very quickly.It works beautifully giving off a delightful aroma.I am most impressed with the response it was a real pleasure to deal with Scandiscents

My name is Hemangini Patel and I had problems with the halo but James sorted it out. Haven’t got the nozzles yet. However what I am really annoyed about is that my daughter (Darpna Patel) bought a mini funnel and two essential oils, fresh clean linen and I think the night sleep oil. She emailed you to let you know that all she received was the clean linen.
She didn’t receive an email from you and she showed my her emails.
All she got was the clean linen essential oil. She ordered a mini funnel and I think calm sleep essential oil.
I haven’t got the nozzles or success as yet either and I’m letting you know from now that you haven’t sent Success which pooled instead you have sent Creed Aventus - Inspired by Collection × 1that I didn’t ask for nor did James say he’d do.
I love the essential oils but I have to agree, the customer service is terrible, you send out the wrong oils, you leave items out, and also there’s no chain.
I would like to give you one more chance, otherwise I’m going to send everything back and ask for a refund.
So could you send me a bottle of the success essential oil that needs to be replaced because of the pooling and if you could also send the mini funnel and the other essential oil she ordered. All she received was the clean linen

Faulty items/ Poor customer service
I bought two of the diffusers and both leak from the base, I contacted customer service who agreed to send out replacement centres for them. I have not received and when contacted customer service again by email got no reply. Am not impressed as these were not cheap and are useless.

I absolutely love this diffuser. I bought two of them. They are so easy to use and the rooms smell lovely. I had water based diffusers but hated cleaning them and having to fill them all the time. These diffusers are the perfect solution. Put them where you want, no chemicals, just essential oils. Customer service was very professional and solved my problem right away. They would make a perfect gift!

I wasnt sure if my defusers were working ok so i called the free phone number directly too the company James was the assissted he spoke me through step by step calming my anxiety ! He couldnt have been ever so helpful

Not a good experience
I had the product for less than a month when it stopped producing mist, I contacted customer service and after about a week of back and forth was sent a replacement nozzle . The product still did not work so I sent it back - I was then told that the product was working and maybe it was a problem with the oils I was using (?!?). I got £16 back out of the £41 spent on the product.
Nice looking, lovely smells.
I ordered a diffuser came within a week, charged it up put in my scent and it made my home smell lovely,
Ordered one as a Christmas gift, but had little trouble with it, phoned customer service told my problem and they put a new one in post that day and received it the next day, this one worked fine and my friend loved it and is going to order another one. Good company and fast delivery.
Not worth the money
Ordered 2 of these and was only sent 1 I contacted customer service and they shipped my second one straight away.i got one for the living room and 1 for the bedroom however the 1 for the bedroom I can't use as it is quite noisy.actually dissapointed in these for the money I paid when there are silent ones out there.going to contact customer service again to see if I can get a refund will update on the outcome.

Great customer services
I bought two halo diffusers. One of which only worked for a few weeks, but never as good as the first one. I contacted the customer services and was given some advice, but this did not help so asked for help and by the following day a replacement was on its way to me. The company acted straight away to sort my problem out. A very good outcome. Thank you Scandiscents.
