Ultimate in customer service
Had a slight issue with one of the diffusers, I contacted scandiscents on watsapp and chatted to a lovely man called James who didn’t even hesitate to send me a brand new one out and even let me keep the one I had bought, no questions, no hassle he was lovely and we had a friendly chat and it turned out he was the owner!!
This company is going to go huge when you get customer service like that which really was second to none I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company and their products…. And James 😊
Bought 2 units- the first very noisy…
Bought 2 units- the first very noisy and didn’t mist so contacted c/s who after asking me to do a decibel test on it suggested I return the unit. I tried the other and unfortunately it was the same. Although customer service was fine and the unit looks nice and is ok in the car where you can’t hear it as much,
it is, however, far too noisy to be used in the house and doesn’t mist so unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.

Awful awful customer service !!! Spoke to me in such a condescending manner and basically made me feel as though I’m thick !!
Unit didn’t work properly sounds quite noisy so waiting on a refund !!

I was so impressed with my first diffuser and oils that I ordered two additional units - they are wonderful.

In the past I have used Lamp Berger oil blend diffuser which are amazing but expensive. Then scentsy oil and water diffuser, nice but found the scents too sweet. I’ve used plug ins as well but saw these and wanted to try as you can use 100% essential oils.
So far, they are proving lovely. But I want to find my signature scent for the house.
Easy to use and I like the timer aspect to these (which you ain’t get with the others. They are either on or off- scent or no scent)
I bought the bundle of three so I could have one in living room, one in the middle floor and one on the top floor so looking forward to resting some scents.
Thankyou also for the free curry roll in for skin. This would definitely e my signature scent of you can blend it. .

Love my diffuser
I absolutely love my diffuser! Lovely smell and very quiet.I thought that there was an issue with it at first and after contacting the company, James authorised a new one sent out straight away with a prepaid label to send back the other unit. I actually dont think now that there was anything wrong with it, I believe it was user error....not reading instructions properly!

Fabulous! So pleased with this company my original diffuser developed a fault and with no hesitation a brand new one was sent out to me. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend

Most disappointed, the diffuser is very noisy sounds like a blood pressure machine inflating and deflating you can hear it allover the house when expressing the mist. I'm not sure if this is a fault you couldn't sleep with it in your bedroom as its to loud and a quiet diffuser!

Am super impressed with this company. I bought quite a few of their Halo diffusers for Christmas presents. Unfortunately, I had a problem with one of the units so contacted Max and James, who sorted the problem straight away.
The Halo is awesome. It makes the room smell amazing and can take many different size bottles and makes of essential oils, unlike some other brands that only take their own bottles. They have a huge selection of different oils which smell gorgeous.
Once charged, the halo also goes for ages before needing to be charged again. I have about 5 now because I just love them. Would highly recommend these super stylish diffusers.

The customer service is 11 out of 10. I had an issue with my diffuser at first they sent instructions with an attached video of how to resolve my issue myself. Unfortunately this did not work and within one day James had arranged to send a replacement out that same day and I received an email with full tracking details.
Outstanding I wish all companies were as helpful as this one will not hesitate ordering again. By the way the scents are amazing they fill the room and last.

Disappointing
Good Customer Service, but I believe the product requires more testing.
Bought for a business so the Studio would smell amazing, they worked for a while and now all 4 are not working.
Replacements sent by customer Service and they work for a while and then stopped working again.
We returned all 4 and were told they worked fine when they received them back, which I find hard to believe as my 3 at home have also stopped working.
Clearly there is a problem and I appreciate that this can happen with all products, just very frustrating.
Nice idea, but more testing required.

Beware if item is faulty
The diffuser I ordered was faulty and didn’t mist. I emailed the company and they sent me a returns label. Having tracked the parcel, it has now been 8 days with no further communication and no refund. Disappointed and frustrated not to have received my refund of £80

Fabulous customer service. I had an issue with my diffuser a while back, e mailed the company, James asked me to do some troubleshooting, which worked. My diffuser developed the same issue again, which meant trouble shooting every time I needed to use it. Not ideal. I e mailed James again, and a new nozzle was going to be sent. However non in stock for my model so a complete new unit is being sent to me to replace the faulty one. Perfect customer service. Polite and friendly e mails from James. Hiccups with products can't be helped, but good customer service counts for everything.
