I want to warn fellow players about Scatters.com, a casino that is actively targeting players in the Netherlands without holding a valid license from the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit – KSA).

After depositing and playing fairly, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation. Since then, I have tried to reach out to them via email and live chat for over a month – and have received zero response. They are completely ignoring me while holding on to my money.

This is unacceptable. Not only are they operating illegally in the Netherlands, but they also show no willingness to communicate or resolve issues. A casino that cannot even respond to basic customer inquiries has no business accepting real money from anyone.

I demand a full refund of my deposits, as Scatters.com has no legal right to operate in my country and has failed to provide even the most basic level of customer support.

I'm giving 1 star cause unable to give zero . Made a withdrawl request 3times for a lousy 350 euro. 3 times it was cancelled saying my card cancelled it. Spoke to my bank and they never cancelled at all . Absolute joke of a casino avoid. I'm going to the gambling commission about them .. have been on live chat about 20 times

The casino is good it has lot of games and it works greatly. The only problem is verifications and withdrawals. It takes super long and you need to contact customer service daily to get your money out. I will update the review If/when I get my money out. Customer service is good though.

UK players along with many other can't use this on line casino.They do however accept you deposit by visa, Mastercard or bank transfer . If as I wasn't your not aware of this then you won't be able to withdraw to any other source than little coin or other crypto currency. So as well as not accepting U.K customers which they do as i registeted and was verified with my U.K driving licence .they also don't pay out unless you accept crypto even if you deposit vi debit card or bank transfer. STAY AWAY.

Complete runaround with withdrawal. I'm verified they're not waiting on anything from me. They keep telling me 48 hours the 48 hours comes and goes and I've never received anything. The first time told me 48 hours, then the site went down for maintenance for 2 days and I still haven't been paid. Spoke to somebody while they were doing maintenance who told me it would be issued within 48 hours. Still nothing. It's a measly $350. Imagine if it was a big one. Lost all confidence in this company.
