After winning a few 100€ i decided to withdrawl my winnings. i contacted the support in hopes of answers to when my withdrawl would be processed, i am then met with the answer that i need to get my account verified and after that the withdrawl process should only take MINUTES. i went through the process and got verified just a few hours later, i then tried withdrawing againd and went to bed. when i woke up it was still not processed. i then once again contacted support and got the answer this time around that it would take up to 48 hours, which i declined as i had been told that it would take minutes after being verified. i then asked why there was only a bank transfer option for withdrawls to my supprise i got the answer "Please note that the casino has made the choice to only offer this option for swedish players" which is insanely prejudice as every other casino offers either skrill or trustly to their customers.
no matter reply here i will say this to anyone, DO NOT play on scatters. all of their support people say diffrent things and nothing makes sense.

Couldnt withdraw because they would not accept my kyc documents, even tho everything was legit and each time they answer with different reasons and make it longer on purpose, so basically your money is locked, all you can do is play.
after month, seeing my balance is on 0 , they accept it instantly, without any questions askes, huh suspicious?
next is this bonus scam, basically you add 50 eur and get 10 euros, but you have to wager 100x10 eur, or you cant even withdraw your own money 50 Euros and its same about your winnings, so they are asking for you to lose it all, because there is like 1 in 100 you gonna wager from 50 euros to 1000 euros.
this is worst experience ever in gambling site, even those emails they send you after 3 working days.

I have won big at Scatters Casino, but they do their best to stall and keep me from getting my money. According to their own terms and conditions a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within two days, which is a joke. I have two pending withdrawals (5400 and 5700 Euros) that have been pending for nine days now. I have contacted their support a number of times through email and the live support and all I get are a lot of excuses. The latest is an email saying that now they have verified my account even though I got emails saying that my KYC documents were approved even before I made my withdrawals.
I have now upgraded my review to two stars since I got an email saying that my withdrawals were now approved, but since I didn't find any money in my account I wasn't totally releived. I use Trustly, which is an instant banking service, but after further inquiries I've decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and see if the money shows in my account after a couple of days. According to their email it could take 3-7 bank days depending on what service you use. Instant banking should be instant, but because of the large sum it could be stopped by a bank or something. There are a lot of rules when it comes money laundrying so who knows. I still have hope! I'll update you again.
**UPDATE**
Have now waited 6 full bank days, but no money in sight. According to Scatters Casino's live support, which I contacted yesterday a Trustly withdrawal takes a maximum of 5 bank days. According to Trustly banking is instant but in rare cases it can take up to 2 bank days. I hope that Scatters solves this quickly now so that I do not have to go on with an ADR procedure to solve it.
**UPDATE**
A few more days have passed and I received a message from Scatters that I should have received the money by now and was asked to send them a bank statement, which I did to prove that there is no money in sight. Frustrating!

After a complaint at AskGamblers my case was immediately solved by Scatters Casino. It's the largest casino winnings I've ever experienced but I still only give them three stars since the experience of not receiving my winnings for such a long time and that I had to make a public complaint to get it really made me lose all trust in them.

I have played at Scatters for a long time and have always considered them to be the best casino I’ve tried. Friendly, helpful, clean layout and clear rules. But last week my account was picked for additional verification and it still isn’t finished even though I have sent them all details about my economy- even bank statements and loan approvals.

Contacted customer service several times to be told to wait and see. Last Friday the 7 days were over so had contact with customer service again and now they say we will investigate it, you will receive an email as soon as we know more, 4 days later still no email! Now when I ask customer service if the money has been transferred, they say that they can't say anything about it until the investigation is over, while each time they said it has been transferred and that I just have to wait! Don't fall for it people!!!!!

*updated review* verification went well relatively quick their support isn’t the best just one worded answers when you need to reach someone on the live chat. Bonuses are more fairer first you will make use of your cash balance then the bonus balance which is how it should be.
When it comes to Withdrawals they take extremely long to be actually processed and approved by a member of the team. They say ranging from 24-48hrs someone had said previously it took 10 days? The fear is that you will ever get what you have won at all. It doesn’t seem fair to me as a player and if you want loyal customers to return it’s something that seriously needs to be improved on their side.

The chat is only open for a few hours a day.
Verification takes a long time with many documents that are to be sent here and there.
Withdrawals take a long time.
As long as you are to their advantage, you are their best friend.

Really good casino.
