I got Macro Diffuser (Smart) on the 15.04.24, it’s been less than a year and already broke down.
No complaints on the smells they are lovely.
If u buy this Macro diffuser let me tell u it’s very noisy and I mean LOUD not something you can put on all day. Might aswell have bob the build renovate my house.

-My macro diffuser worked for a few sprays when I first received it and nothing has come out since-
To start with, it hasn’t worked from the beginning (fully charged) off the charging cord mounted wirelessly on the wall we unfortunately drilled the screws in to have it be up in the hallway. I originally emailed about it and they requested a video of it not working ON the charger when I told them it didn’t work off the charge so I got discouraged by the weird response from them and just accepted I’d rather have it plugged in than not at all so I let it go. Then days later it stopped working even on the charge, it shoots out air but no scent/oil and the oil was still near full despite being on all day. I eventually had time to send the team two seperate emails two weeks apart with video evidence of me opening the bottom and showing the oil was attached properly, it was on charge and there was no damage and never received an email in return to resolve the problem. I’m so disappointed because the oils smell divine and I was very happy with those (hence the 1 star). The price doesn’t reflect the quality of the item I received.

I purchased the 400g baccarat candle which for the price $90 I thought would be premium quality. Its been burning for a couple of hours and there is no smell. I have previously bought the baccarat reed diffuser and absolutely loved it. The smell lasted for weeks so I bought a second one. The 2nd reed diffuser has no smell. Very disappointed considering the price.

Order hasn't been sent in over a week.

Took two months for the order to arrive and only after chasing them. One half delivered in late December and the other half mid Feb. It probably would have never got fulfilled. My subscription was supposedly shipped 22 Feb and it is yet to be delivered and its 1 March.

what I emailed about nothing happened complete waste of my time.

Over a month since I placed the order to be told what I ordered is now out of stock, seriously pathetic.

Wrong items and no response se to multiple emails.

I love Santal 66. !! It is the nicest home fragrance I’ve ever tried. I love it so much I have the oil, defuser, room spray and reeds as well as the candles!!

I have bought several room sprays from Scent Australia over the past 12 months. So far, I have tried Rose, Oud, Plum and Sandalwood; they are all gorgeous. The spray nozzle works very well, and the bottle itself is stylish and comes beautifully packaged in its own sturdy box. Shipping was fast and a reasonable amount. One minor concern is the amount of additional packaging used for online shipping. It seems a bit excessive.

Amazing aroma & amazing staff member who was extremely knowledgeable about your products.

Package leaked everywhere and I lost a half the product. Awful customer service refused to help or do anything about it.

Efficient and easy access to fragrance I was looking for

This delivery service is beyond disappointing. Waiting endlessly for a product that was ordered over a month ago has been so infuriating. I was looking forward to trying this product but I learnt a hard lesson. To top it off, the item still hasn't arrived. Trying to get answers feels pointless. Terrible service overall!
