It was fast and the packaging came clean and intact

We had an issue with a diffuser not operating correctly. Scent replaced it without hesitation or fuss. We have four scent diffusers in our home and thoroughly love them. Best investment we have made being able to walk into a fresh smelling home. We love the dream scent.

Easy process to order online and delivered within good time

Efficiency with delivery was notable , even during peak period . Packaging is outstanding, when a purchase is presented this way it is a wonderful and welcoming surprise . I’m very hypersensitive to perfume smells - I was nervous to purchase. However, both the oil and room spray haven’t given me any reaction . Subtle yet effective enough to linger pleasantly in the room without an overpowering smell. I highly recommend their products, I returned and purchased a few more during their generous sale . Awesome company who will most certainly have my business long term .

There are only 2 positive reviews on their page for the diffuser.
I’m extremely disappointed that a $250 device has such little running time before requiring recharging. If you want to use these away from a power point you need to make sure you remember to have it charging when not in use. For so much money you would expect far more battery life. I spent over $500 to realise my wax melts provide a much cheaper, better experience.
2 stars for the fragrances

I am a bit disappointed, one of the 15ml oils is probably about 5ml empty. Which is a lot considering the size. I'm sure the evaporate or might leak a little (no sign of leakage) but the quality control might need some work. The product however, is amazing. Love Scent Australia

Love the Room Sprays and Reed Diffusers. The luxury fragrances are divine! No problem with ordering. Delivery a little slow this time round due to postal service delay. Overall, fabulous!!

I have been buying beautiful oils from SA for a couple of years now.
I was initially nervous re upfront cost, but found that a little goes a long way making the cost very reasonable. I keep coming back!
My tip is to order a few sample sticks along with any other purchase, as every scent is unique and may or may not appeal to you.
Delivery is prompt.
Customer service friendly and efficient.
