We first smelt Scent Australia's 'Waterplants' diffuser when we were shopping in Harvey Norman.
The fragrance is very subtle, light and welcoming. Perfect for the living room and bedroom.
Delivery was quick but unfortunately one of the bottles arrived damaged - but Scent Australia sent us a new bottle to replace it which was much appreciated.
I would highly recommend their service and products!

Advertised a sale but then withdrew the code
Advertised a sale then withdrew the discount code with no expiry date or explanation. Emails to the customer service went absolutely nowhere just got a generic reply oh sorry the code has expired....when I resent an email I'd got that very morning advertising the same code and discount got absolutely no where.. gave up !!! Figured sales are not that important after all.

The diffuser I bought required that…
The diffuser I bought required that first, the nozzle is removed before attaching the oil bottle. The nozzle would not budge. I eventually removed it with utter brute force after trying for at least 30 minutes. The matter has been resolved now however as I have received a replacement diffuser, the nozzle of which, is removeable with ease. I am disappointed that the diffuser requires recharging daily and the fragrance does not linger. Even in a very small apartment. Three stars is for the concept - a good one.
