Very good company they try to be very fast and they are fast! I ordered in the evening and after 2 days I got my order. I’m gonna order just from this company next time.the customer service as well very fast! I was have one question and in a minute I got my answer.

Excellent service and a good product, the only thing that lets it down is the presentation plastic bottles aren’t the most attractive. These we’re for myself which is fine but probably wouldn’t order them as a gift

Great experience, my wax was delivered really quickly and well packaged. I love that they are in 1 kg bags as it makes it so much easier to work with.

The products are great, I would recommend. I was a little annoyed it said that it’s free delivery on spends over £50 I spent nearly £200 and it made me pay for DPD next day delivery which was another £8 on top. There was no option just to have the normal free delivery (which was one of the reasons I went to the website in the first place)

Great products and good prices too, delivery was quick. The sandal wood and vanilla, and the black cherry fragrance oils smell absolutely amazing.

They couldn’t even be bothered to reply to my email. Worst customer service ever. And, it isn’t obvious before ordering fragrance oils that they are excluded from returns. I’ll never order from them again and won’t recommend at all.
