We had all the windows at the front of the house replaced by Schnauber a few years ago. They did a great job then so we got them back when we needed a new front door. There is a huge range to choose from and it’s high quality. What is amazing is their attention to detail and the perfect finish you end up with. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Schnauber for my window installation project, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! They did an outstanding job fitting our box bay windows in both the living room and bedroom, as well as our side window with privacy glass.
From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Marius, our main liaison, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all our questions and provided expert guidance on selecting the perfect windows for our home.
The installation itself was carried out by two highly skilled fitters who demonstrated true craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and precision were evident in every aspect of their work. They were efficient, tidy, and respectful of our property, completing the installation with minimal disruption.

These are the second tranche of windows from Schnauber, and like the first time the windows are of excellent quality and the fitters are extraordinarily good. They do a really thorough job, but also leave everything in a good state at the end of each day. We are very pleased.

Top quality workmanship in advising, preparation and installation. Period thatched cottage and very satisfied with workmanship and most importantly the way windows and doors are sympathetic to the house. More expensive, maybe, but quality and experience of installation worth it. No reservations at all in recommending Schnauber for windows and doors.

Came out at the end of November to quote for a door. Chased up the quote nearly 3 weeks later and was promised it "shortly". Another 5 weeks gone by with no contact at all! I refuse to chase companies to try and spend my money with them.

Excellent customer support and the installers were great, cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

I first had doors installed by Schnauber in 2019. They continue to look great. Heartened by the service I received from Marius and his team I commissioned replacement windows in 2024. I am delighted with the finished result. Pre-installation any questions I had were addressed promptly. The installation was done on time with minimal disruption inside and out. Great job.

The material build is the best I have ever encountered.
The team installing the product was 5*+ in craftsmanship, customer consideration and nothing was too much trouble.

You may have to wait some time for the work to begin but be patient it will be worth the wait.
The team are not fluent in English but a phone call to the office enables an interpreter service if required.

I am so pleased with my new Schnauber windows. The quality is excellent in my Grade 2 listed terrace house. From start to finish it was easy, and I was kept informed at all times. Installation was incredible, dust sheets everywhere, all the painting made good on the walls. It was a really thorough, professional job and I would highly recommend this Company

My new Schnauber windows are stunning quality and perfectly fitted in every detail. The windows and additionally the surrounds were beautifully painted, inside and out. I can't recommend them highly enough, and would give six stars if I could!

The whole process was good if somewhat lengthy, six months from initial contact to installation. The Schnauber people were helpful, constructive with advice and courteous. Installation was excellent. The men who installed the door were clearly keen to do a good job. They left the site very tidy.
The door is solid, clearly well made and looks very good. It has good locks The final invoice was exactly what we had expected.

I had my front door, back door and all windows replaced in my house in Cambridge. Whilst not the cheapest quote, the quality of the product and workmanship is really excellent. I am so pleased with my windows, they were worth the wait (and money). If you’re looking to invest in reading high-quality windows, I cannot recommend this company enough. 

The company offered a high quality service with a product designed precisely to our needs. We couldn’t be happier with the sash windows they installed. The workers were conscientious and very hard-working in order to get a complex job completed as quickly as possible. They also had a great eye for detail and were sympathetic to maintaining the heritage of our Victorian property.

Professional and helpful advice when quoting, best cost by far (out of many) and a great product and fitting service.
The process will take some months, and once your order is placed you won’t hear from them until it is being shipped when they will make arrangements for fitting. Highly recommended.

Schnauber recently replaced all eight original sash windows in our small 120-year-old Victorian terrace house in the Romsey area of Cambridge. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

Schnauber’s price was probably slightly above average. However, their initial efficiency and organization, and having seen their product and their installation team’s work on a neighbour’s house, lead us to choose Schnauber’s quote over others. This was a very good decision.

The windows were manufactured in Germany faster than predicted, but installation was scheduled to suit our convenience. The installation team were excellent. The installation took eight days, as originally estimated, plus a one-day Sunday break. This may seem a long time, but it was due to the installation team’s real attention to detail and their determination to make everything good to a very high standard. The work making good external brickwork/windowsills and internal plaster/painting was way beyond our expectations.

In summary, Schnauber provided a really excellent product, installed by a team of highly skilled craftsmen, who took a pride in the product, doing a first-class job and caring for the client’s property and belongings. The whole experience and the final result were well-worth a slightly above average price. I would certainly use Schnauber again.

Thorough pre-order discussion to consider various options. Extremely high quality materials, team took pride in their work and attention to detail was obvious when looking at the finish. Date scheduled for work to begin and end was adhered to. Care taken to protect floors and surfaces around the house. Excellent team and I am thrilled with the result.
