Had sash windows replaced in three rooms with Schnauber. They did a brilliant job and were very happy with the quality. Diligent staff cleaned up well and made good all knock on issues (touching up decoration around new frames, etc).

These windows are the best. Slowly working around the house and we've just had a second set installed. First set have been in for some years and are looking just as good as the day they went in. Installation team were great, clean and tidy, skilled in installing the windows and finishing the window surrounds.

Highly professional from start to finish. Our replacement windows were intended to look visually identical to the old ones but with lore durable timber and with double glazed panes. The windows are superb and are manufactured to a very high standard. The installation team were meticulous and very tidy. We were kept informed at every stage of the way. Excellent service from start to finish. Door is excellent quality and just what we wanted. Very secure and wonderful fit. No traffic noise can be heard and the opening & closing mechanism feels so solid. We are so pleased with the aesthetics which compliments the oak porch. I am thrilled with my front door. It is a solid wooden front door with high quality brass door furniture and paint and has made a difference to the entrance to my home. The two men who fitted the door took a day to complete the work and were extremely skilled and competent. They managed to install the door without making a mark on my newly painted entrance hallway and were clean and tidy.

I have been complimented on the quality of my front door by friends and neighbours.

We used Schnauber to replace the 2-storey bay windows at the front of our 1920s house. The original windows had unfortunately long gone and been replaced with poor quality 1970s/80s double glazing (with freezing aluminium frames). Luckily we had a photograph of the original windows and Schnauber have done an outstanding job in recreating the look of the original frames. The new windows seem to be manufactured to a very high standard.

The quotation process was very good - friendly and clear without being at all pushy. The wait from accepting the quote to the windows being ready was about 6 months, a little longer than expected. A couple of times during the summer months I asked for an update without receiving a reply - I think the office must have been a bit short staffed during the summer. Once the windows were actually ready, communication was good anyway.

I thought that the installation was excellent. Ned and the team took great care over every detail, and the standard of carpentry was very high - Ned painstakingly restored the decorative wooden mouldings above the windows which has made a big difference. I could tell he took a lot of pride in the work. I would certainly recommend Schnauber for anything to do with timber windows - there is clearly a lot of expertise and experience in the company.

Good quality installation at reasonable price; good customer service throughout

This is the second time we have used Schnauber & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The site visits were professional prior to the fitting & when our windows were installed they were done so to an extremely high standard & the fitters left the area spotlessly clean at the end of the work.

Schnaubner has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They fitted beautiful, custom-made doors for our dental practice, and I couldn’t fault the service. The experience was seamless, starting with designing the door and selecting the door handles, right through to choosing the perfect color and even advising on the best way to incorporate a mail slot that would complement our building’s aesthetic.

Marius has been incredibly helpful, offering great advice, clear communication, and excellent aftercare throughout the process. Efficient workers who did a good job and left everything very tidy. Good communication from company around any questions and timings.

The assessment was carried out efficiently and even though it took a long time between the assessment and the installation, the window serves its purpose and looks well. The only slight emabarrassment was that the installers did not speak a word of English and I not a word of (?) Moldovan. We managed to communicate and I could serve them coffee as they
liked it…
