Changes not made clear

I wouldn’t recommend using this company. I’ve had multiple issues where what was initially agreed was later changed without any warning. no calls, emails, or updates. It creates a lot of unnecessary hassle and makes the whole experience unreliable.

Negative Experience

I booked an event at the main hall at one of the Ark schools, the place was left a mess by the previous group before us. Staff did not help with the chairs. Incredibly rude service!

No communication!

Lack of communication. I enquired in February! Nobody seems to want to help me. I have been calling up for an update for a hall on my event ! I keep getting told someone will get back to me but nobody has.

booked an event with this company and…

booked an event with this company and was clearly told in advance that I would be able to set up when I arrived. However, when I got there, I was abruptly turned away and told I wasn’t allowed to set up at all. This completely contradicted what I had been told beforehand and left me in a really stressful and unfair situation.

There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue — just poor communication and a complete lack of professionalism. It honestly felt like they had no idea what they were doing and didn’t care about the impact it had on me.

I had planned everything based on the information they gave me, so this completely disrupted my arrangements and wasted my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or organised service. I definitely won’t be booking with them again.

Mohamed from Enni customer service 10/10

Mohamed from Enni customer service was fantastic we had a horrible experience with the booking from hendon school and we had already organised a group of 15 men and paid for the booking but they didn’t have a single staff on sight. So we got in contact with Enni and mohamed provided us with a suitable alternative at ark academy and also issued us a refund thanks to mohamed the session didn’t go to waste and thanks to ark academy for allowing us to go there

Exemplary Customer Service- Thank you Aleena!

Ignored emails and false promises

The booking process was smooth but to get my deposit back was an awful experience. Mahmoud Rezk told me I have to contact the helpline to get my deposit back. In fact the helpline said he has to process the refund as he was the booking coordinator. The internal processes are not alighned at all and my emails were completely ignored. The helpline made false promises I will receive my refund and someone will call me back but no one bothered to do so. After calling 7 times I eventually spoke to a manager who gave me my refund but I would never use Schools Plus again.

Poor customer service

We had an event booked at Evelyn Grace. One of the members there wouldn’t let us in. When she confronted us she was very rude and disrespectful to us.

Please avoid at all costs.
