I ordered shoes Online but it said there was an error so I didn't receive an Email for the order. Rang their number and got through straight away to a very helpful girl, Rachel, who confirmed my order immediately and sent me through the Email. So good to be able to speak to a person and get my worry resolved so quickly. So we'll done Schuh !!!

Was a loyal customer for years till just lately when they started put shoes for sale they don't have in stock just to get you into the site.Then they don't exist or some just got the last pair check back later so I done little digging and 7 pairs later they don't exist.when asked about this they claim the system just didn't up date I said in a month don't think so very underhanded sales ploy and I told them so still played dumb.Think they are clearing house as no new stock since December pity was a nice store once

Terrible company to deal with online. Poor quality ladies boots. They sent a used shop pair the first time, replacement pair were different and quality terrible. Customer service is facebook. Tried to leave a review on their site but conviently it doesn't show.

The friendliest & most helpful staff in this store I went into buy a pair of trainers for my daughter but ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, the staff are a wonderful addition to any store.

Dropped2shop a return almost 3 weeks ago. Cannot get through to any customer service and the bots are claiming they cannot see anything. Have also contacted the drop2shop company with no resolution

Despite previous negetive interactions with schuh, I used them again and received a pair of defective boys shoes. Both velcro straps on the pair of shoes that I paid 48euro for are closing in the same direction. They politely told me to return it to the nearest store which is 40mins away. No further assistance and then I asked if they would consider a partial credit so I could buy a new pair elsewhere they offered me 10% which is laughable. I'll never be purchasing from them again. What a waste.

I recently bought a pair of Birkenstocks in the Blanchardstown store. As I owned other pairs already I brought the box straight to the till without trying them on or looking at them closely. On opening the box a week later i noticed there was some excess glue and glue stains on the soles of the candles. I contacted customer care via chat and moved on to messenger and they were so helpful. I had paid in cash so they suggested I bring them back for exchange/ refund in store. When I explained that I was 8 months pregnant and nowhere nearby a Schuh store they were so accommodating. I posted the sandals back and have been refunded for the sandals (unfortunately they were now out of stock in my size) + the postage cost to my bank account. I really appreciated the flexibility in their returns policy when I explained getting to a store wouldn't be easy at the moment!

I went into your Liffey valley store the weekend and we were looked after by Shona. Such a friendly girl with a big smile. She made our purchase seamless and was full of knowledge about our new balance purchase. With such helpful staff Schuh are definitely doing something right. Well done Shona, you are an asset to Schuh and I will be back. Thanks x

I bought shoes for my daughter. They were too small unfortunately, and needed to be returned for the next size up. I went online, set up the return and dropped the shoes to my local drop off point to be collected. I was informed via email of pickup, delivery and then exchange by Schuh themselves. The process took 4 days. Highly impressed and would thoroughly recommend this company.

We were both very fortunate to be greeted by Cillian who was excellent in his professional customer service approach to us both. Cillian went out of his way to assist us both and in my opinion Cillian is an excellent ambassador for Suhuh.

Myself & my daughter shopped in Schuh Pavilions twice this week, Carla looked after us after us on both occasions, such a lovely girl with the biggest smile and so friendly, she went above and beyond to help my daughter get everything she needed for her 6th yr holiday. Such an asset for Schuh, Thank you so much Carla x

Visited Schuh in the Jervis today to get my toddlers feet measured. We were so lucky to get a super pleasant and helpful girl Yasmine. She was so patient with my little girl. We had only planned on getting her feet measured but with Yasmines help, we bought 2 pairs of shoes! Great to have excellent customer support, will definatly be back again, thanks to Yasmine 😃

My young daughter received a pair of Uggs from Santa. A couple of weeks later she told me they were too small, having never worn them and the box had already been discarded. I parcelled them up with the receipt and a note and sent them back to Schuh, asking if it was possible to get a size up in exchange. Within the week we had a new pair received in the bigger size, no questions, no fuss! My daughter thanks you Schuh for getting in touch with Santa and getting it sorted!

Parcel Undelivered and customer service would not help to try and locate package.
Terrible customer service

I ordered dr martens Sinclairs and I received my speedy delivery within two days! Absolutely the shoes and the shop! Great products and lovely staff to help guide the order.

Website is brutal. Looking to buy boota for my son and it says 'hurry only 5 left" but when I go yo add them to my basket I get another message "Sorry! Another customer has just grabbed the last pair. Check back in a few hours in case they change their mind". 24 hrs later and they're still in someone's basket or more likely they're out of stock and the website hasn't updated. Also maybe update the 92% happy customers review on yout website, doesn't really match with your trustpilot score now.

Got a pair of vans on black Friday in store in Exeter, tried them on a week later, too small,couldn't locate my receipt. Went into store the manager ordered another pair to be delivered.f.o.c. realised 2 weeks later they hadn't arrived. Rang customer service spoke to Megan who has reserved a pair in store for me and cancelled the previous order. Megan was professional, polite and easily remedied the matter. Must say customer service instore and via telephone was amazing . Thank you.

I ordered socks online and collected from the store without issue. My problem is that I was asked by Schuh in an email to write a review of my purchase, which I did, giving it three stars. Over a week later, my review has not appeared on the product's page on schuh.ie. So I started looking and it seems that Schuh only publish five star and four star reviews on their website. As if nobody ever gave less than four stars for any product bought from them! Hard to believe.
