I was happy with fast delivery but as shoes were a VERY small fit had to return. €9.00 to return!!! I returned via an post to Cork from Kerry. As I live in quite a remote destination I have to shop online and shop returns are not an option for me unfortunately therefore will not use Schuh again. Very dissappointing.

Amazing service in your Blanchardstown store, I’ve been in 3 times in the last week due to ordering wrong sizes for my little girl and each time the team have been very friendly and extremely helpful

I popped into the Schuh shop in Dundrum Shopping Centre, Dublin.

I had been a bit apprehensive about going in as it was mega busy and I was dreading the experience, but I was met with excellent attention throughout my whole stay and left with a very unexpected, lovely shopping experience.

One member of staff in particular, Annie, was super helpful and attentive, and thanks to her dedication to finding the right style and size I came away with the perfect pair of shoes.

Her colleague Emma at the checkout was also lovely and very attentive. She also pointed out the excellent "old shoe scheme" they have, whereby customers can hand in their old and battered shoes for a €5 voucher. The shoes will then be disassembled by a charity, and the materials recycled. Great scheme, and a really nice shopping experience.

Got what i wanted in the end, but i had to ask to be served.

Very awful experience on return and refund the worst I have experienced online so far! Avoid! at your peril! it took them one month and they put me through klarna which I haven't used when I purchased I used my bank details but they asked me to get in touch with klarna to get my money back!!!

I had a question about sizing and customer service got back to me the next day. My shoes only took like 3 business days to arrive so it was super fast. Overall, Im really happy with customer service and my purchase!

Worst ever !!! If I could give 0 stars I would the customer service is terrible I made an order for my little sister for two pairs of shoes and I only received one pair I thout they would come separately but after waiting a wile I tried tracking and it say they was delivered together I so when I contact the customer service they asked me for the bag (that I had already binned ) I told them I binned it they told me to get it out and they could help I wasn’t going to but I new my little sister couldn’t afford to lose her shoes or money so I went through it and got the bag and when I sent it they said there nothing they could do I felt like crying if it was me I wouldn’t mind but it’s my sister she can’t afford to lose out on her she’s I asked if there anything they could do they said no

Let me tell u schuh is not what it used to be !! I ordered shoes on the 02/02/2021, and I contacted the company a couple of times and they assured me they had fixed the problem , and that the shoes were on the way to me and today I received an email that the shoes have been returned to them !!! While I waited for them to be delivered to me !! I waited a whole month for the shoes which were a present and I never received them, I’ve never been so disappointed!!! Stay away ❌❌❌❌

Alert! If you want to buy something in Schuh on line it's better you think twice. I bought shoes in 05/01 and they seems like lost my shoes. I'm keeping in touch with the company every they and they always have a new excuse. Every day they give a new date that I have to wait. I asked for the refund referent this item, they told they can't give me it until they have some clearance from the company Up that had to do the delivery give them some clear information. I DON'T recommend for NO ONE BUY IN THIS COMPANY. I hope to solve it and NEVER MORE anything there!
Today again I got with touch with them before wrote here.. but again they give me the answer that I have to wait.

Give 5 stars to them. I’m their customer for 5 years and keep ordering many items - shoes, bags, etc. They have great discounts and good variety to choose from. Easy to order, with free of charge delivery when spent certain amount.
No problem to return or exchange. Live chat also is very handy.
Definitely would recommend!

I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived in the wrong size, I returned these shoes on the 4th of June, it is now the 30th of June and still have received no refund back. Tried many times through live chat and email to resolve this issue and still no one emailing me back. Poor customer service.

Always good service. Ordered a number of items recently and any issues are always dealt well with customer service. It may be a couple of days before they respond but understandable with current climate. A recent issue I had was sorted well by Joe and Nicole. Thanks.

WTH is up with you guys? Idk if it’s your fault of the fault of Ups but I ordered shoes more than a month ago and I’m yet to receive them. Every time I contact you or ups I’m hearing different stories! COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORIES! I don’t even know if it’s just because of the pandemic or what but common! I’ve been making orders throughout this entire pandemic and nobody has pissed me off like this. I’m not one to give bad review but damn! I’m really disappointed! Schuh if this is not your fault take it up with ups cause this can make you lose a lot of customers!

Once reserved, the store pick was so easy and within a few hours I was the very proud owner of another pair of Dr Martens!
