Bought a pair of shoes in Schuh in Blanchardstown in Dublin. Didn't have the pair, despite the stock system showing 5 pairs. Ordered online on Monday for next day delivery. Turned out the guy in the shop made a mess of the order. Rang the next day and was told the next day delivery would now take 3/5 days as they had to be collected from the original store, to the UPS warehouse and all around the world. Dreadful customer service and no real understanding of the system. Bemuzed how difficult the process is and in a world of online shopping, they are way out of their depth.

I met Meagan 064 in Schuh, Crescent Shopping Centre Limerick.
She was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. She helped me with selecting my Doc Martens. She made the whole experience so easy.

Speedy delivery. Great discounts and great communication. Have ordered from Schuh for years and never had any issues. Throughly recommend ordering from them.

Took my money, in two separate transactions. No email confirmation received and when I contacted customer care, they do not have a copy of my order ?!? And will not process a refund as a result.
They have taken two payments, one for 69.85 and a second for 50.00 on two separate dates. No where to go with this complaint and left out of pocket

Don't normally leave reviews but recieved such great in store customer attention today that it merits mentioning as its usually notably absent from chain stores. Visited O'Connell St branch to buy a pair of back 2 school shoes for my child. I was served by 2 different members of staff as 1 transistioned to lunch break ( sorry don't recall names) for a fitting and purchase. They were both consistently excellent at putting my child at ease, as well as making sure fit was good and appropriate for young person to take on and off. It definitely makes an impression! Kudos to staff.

Rip-off shop! Please do your research around before buying anything in-store. Customer service in-store is good, but good luck with any other form of customer service provided by them.

I visited Schuh shop in Dundrum on two occasions last week.
On both visits I found the staff welcoming friendly and professional.The kind of service that has disappeared fron many retail shops, keep it up Schuh.

Sent me the wrong size shoe then refused to refund even when I returned the order and provided proof of return

I ordered last Friday 2nd June (Bank Holiday Weekend) and received them Tuesday 6th. Wow! What did I order this time? Some Crocs! They are a sandal style Croc and I ordered 2 jibbits as well to personalise them as my birthday is coming up very soon. They are fabulous! Absolutely delighted with my purchase and my shopping with Schuh. Will have to order again very soon.......!!!

Ordered item.14 days later ups say item delivered Schuh saying I’m getting refund as couldn’t be delivered. I gave the correct address but they passed on wrong address. Now no present. Shambles won’t use again

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one pair arrived fine. The second pair, I was sent completely different shoes than the ones I ordered. I contacted Schuh and they said they would send me the correct shoes. These came, but on a completely different size than the shoes I ordered. I now have two pairs of the wrong shoes. Never shopping online with Schuh again.

In store experience at Dundrum was exceptional. Server was super positive and very helpful however I have been trying to call the Dundrum Stores and the O'Connell St. Stores for the last number of days and there is no answer. Highly frustrating

Just received an email saying Schuh had received my returned item and my order had been refunded. I never received my item for me to return it. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present for my husband. I checked the tracking and it was sent to Athlone Distribution centre, Westmeath then sent to Finglas Distribution centre, Dublin, brought out for delivery and returned to the Finglas Distribution centre, then returned to Schuh. I live in neither Westmeath or Dublin. No delivery attempt was ever made and the delivery service just returned my item themselves.

Bought three pairs of hunter wellies on line Black Friday sale. Still missing one pair, not delivered or signed for. Website saying delivered. Still waiting outcome from schuh online support.
Now nearly a month missing and out of money.

Nicole in the Limerick city store couldn’t have been nicer. 15 minutes before closing she was patient and so friendly. Brilliant customer service.

We received excellent customer service today from Cillian in Blanchardstown. He was so helpful and even gave my little girl two stickers for her and her teddy. Good customer care is very hard to find these days and Cillian exceeded all expectations. Well done to him.

I have honestly never had a negative experience in Schuh. I live in an apartment complex so getting deliveries is hard sometimes so I opt for click and collect. It's always so quick and the staff are so friendly and accommodating particularly in the Jervis and O'Connell Street stores. I rarely buy shoes anywhere else!

Went into the shop in Patrick Street Cork. Great service from young women serving. Delighted with my purchase. Dealt with 3 different women each one was great, friendly and came out having had a positive shopping experience.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong address (billing and shipping different addresses) and only noticed after receiving an email that the shoes had been dispatched. Customer service (Michaela) and I think the warehouse manager (who’s name I can’t recall right now) we’re very helpful and managed to redirect the package to a store after it had already been shipped. Thanks a mill
