Item doesn't work. No reply to messaged or email. Scam.

I would give these shysters ZERO stars if I could. Don't be fooled by the glossy website, they are selling pure chinesium, cross shipped from God knows where. Late, overpriced, arrived in dribs n drabs, poor quality garbage. I don't often get conned but these A**holes stiched me up like a kipper; you live and learn. You have been warned, ne-touche-pas!

Here's the game -

Go to Science Gifts and fill your basket with 6 random items, ranging in price from around £5 each to £50 each.

Take the 'loss insurance', expedited delivery and take note of the total.

Then, go to Temu, Aliexpress, Wish or any similar site dependant upon Chinese exploitation, and match your basket with the exact same items (I guarantee you will find the Science Gift items there).

The amount you would be charged on the Chinese sites is what SG are paying - they simply act as a 3rd party and use your address as the shipping address.

The difference between the totals is their profit.

In addition, the quality of each item is truly dire, as can be expected for cheap Chinese goods, and the safety of the items simply cannot be guaranteed.

Expedited delivery is not expedited at all.

The 'customer service' rep uses an AI image for their PFP. Just like all legit companies do.

You gain nothing by using this site. You won't get good quality goods, you won't get the order faster, and all you're really doing is lining their pockets.

Don't fall for the slick site. These guys are grifters and I await their downfall with undisguised glee.

I made the mistake of ordering when I was tired and stressed, and I thought I had checked Trustpilot when in fact I had not. Don't be me.

Would give zero stars if I could. Cheap rubbish with parts missing from China! A complete misrepresentation of the products sold, so please avoid avoid avoid!

Excellent service…after an initial delay I received a refund from PayPal - the item arrived and I offered to repay the cost naturally…the company refused to take it - so generous considering it was me who jumped the gun. Thank you!

Nothing is right with this company. My order was early November 2025. Delivery date confirmed, despatched confirmed, never arrived on stated date so contacted them. The excuses then came fast & furious. “I had given them the wrong address” even though they had sent me an email with the right address. Made so many excuses. Asked for a refund as goods had not arrived after 9 weeks so this was actually a breach of contract. To date no refund has been issued. If u could give them a -10 I would do. VERY BAD company to deal with and a total scam. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook. Has thought me a lesson. Never buy anything before checking with trust pilot.

I was expecting Hugh quality goods from a specific company. All that happened was you make your order and they very slowly buy low quality tat from China - not even packaging properly (so can't possibly be given as a gift) and slowly have it sent to you. It took over three weeks and the quality was so bad I couldn't even give it as a gift as intended.

I’d give it zero if I could. Avoid this company it takes your money and that’s the end of it. No telephone number to call, generic emails sent that you can’t seem to reply to directly. It's now in the hands of my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

If there was an option for no stars, I would’ve gone with that. Bought a Newton’s Cradle and it was absolute sh1te! Cheaply made. Balls moved for about 3 seconds only. Not accurate scientifically at all. What a total waste of money

Absolutely appalling service. No response to emails when chasing up delivery as I have so far waited 3 weeks for my product! Would definitely avoid !

Luckily I bought two products as a stocking filler and not reliant on delivery before Xmas. I’m not actually confident I’ll ever receive them to be honest now I’ve read the reviews. I don’t usually buy anything unless the reviews are positive but as a few people have said their website looked very professional - I wouldn’t ever recommend

Con artists. Avoid at all costs. The products are cheap quality plastic shipped from China. To get a refund you have to pay to post it to France. Customer service is abysmal

Terrible company. A complete shame. Website seems good but don't let that fool you. Ordered some Christmas gifts but a week later my order tracking still says processing. Checked there website and it clearly says that orders can be cancelled via email as long as they haven't been despatched. My ordered still says processing so I emailed them to cancel. I received an email back saying sorry but as the order is being processed, it can't be cancelled. So basically they are saying that despite their website claims, they do not offer refunds at all (as soon as you place an order it says "processing").

Ordered, got no receipt, just email to try to get me to purchase again, no estimation of delivery or any other information. Seems very dodgy. Was bought as gift will now have to buy alternative

I’d give it a minus if I could. Fool you into thinking they are uk based. Rubbish comes from China. Poor quality and I could have bought same item but better quality and price from amazon. Don’t waste your money and time with this company

Ordered weeks ago and still haven’t received my item.
I’ve emailed numerous times and get the same generic response. Can’t give a tracking number or an expected delivery date.
I will chase for a refund through my bank if the item doesn’t turn up.
Don’t buy from this company. They have a great website, but that’s where the greatness ends

Beware, although they say 8- 5 customer services, takes 48hrs for response and it seems to be a one man band.Drop selling from China ,tried to cancel my order with in hours , but was told I exceeded time limit, because she didn't get back to me for 48hrs , terrible service.
Very little expectations on good which have yet to be delivered even though ordered on 1st December, not gonna be here till after Christmas, completely wasted my money and feel I've been ripped off, avoid at all costs.

Christmas gifts ordered on 1 December now been told not arriving till 28 December. Despite this their website still advertising Christmas gifts ( perhaps they should tag them 2026! )! Would never use this company again

I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered two products. One wasn't quite as described so wasn't good as a gift as intended. The other was not at all as described - I felt misled. The returns process is a pain. You email them. They ignore you. You email them again. They offer a reduction. You email again. They send you a return address in France. You have to navigate customs forms etc etc. Do yourself a favour, and find somewhere else to buy whatever it is.

Do NOT order from this company. They send non UK electrical items and do not respond to emails. They have NO UK base and ship from China or US. Horrendous customer service.
