Excellent service, delivered as informed, packed very well.
I buy whisky to sell for charity in local pub, and the price I paid for the four bottles was outstanding and with free gifts as well, and obviously paying low prices generates more profit for the charity we are supporting this year.

Kept on getting additional emails that I already received, telling me that I hadn’t completed my when I had. Emailed and had correspondence with Ashley and said they put whisky glasses in my order. I ended up buying 4 bottles of whisky over £100 but over 2 different orders, hence the reason I bought 4 bottles because of the emails I received. So not happy at all!!

Ordered 4 bottles on the night of your first tasting. Took a little long for the order to arrive. Just under 2 weeks. Had to chase reason why. Stock issues. Would have been nice to have been told this rather than chasing it up as they were somewhat difficult to get a hold of.

Ran a whisky tasting event that was pretty good and I put an order in on the back of it. Sent me an email 3 days later saying the order was complete and took payment. I asked when I could expect the delivery but didn't get a reply. Chased again a week after ordering only to be told that they were in fact out of stock. Said they'd send me a minature to compensate for the hold up however that wasn't included when the goods arrived 10 days after ordering. I did get what I ordered though. All seems a bit chaotic and probably won't take much for it to all go wrong. On that basis, unlikely I'll order again.

Great selection of whiskies, well packaged and I was informed when the whisky had been despatched. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the virtual tasting, I will try to make the next one.
I enjoy buying a selection of whiskies to compare and usually do that with a friend and having the bigger measures of 50ml means we can both have a reasonable amount to taste.
Also very reasonably priced for the larger measures, I will definitely buy again, hoping next time it will be all Speyside.
