I recently rented an apartment through Scottfraser. I was booked in for viewing by Caitlin and Sophie took it from there.
Sophie was absolutely efficient, professional and helpful in securing the property for my family. Scottfraser gave me what really suits my family. I didn't have to view countless houses before I got this apartment which means Scottfraser is people specific and works with what the clients want.

Sam was quick to attend a valuation appointment, then took a personal, knowledgable, and straightforward approach.
There was no formal sales pitch, and Sam gave open and honest advice.

Caitlin at Scott Fraser was very helpful throughout the process of moving in to our new home. I found the amount of paperwork on the online portal a bit overwhelming but was helped every step of the way, which I was very grateful for and felt everything was covered for us as well as the landlord. The process was very smooth and efficient, and was warmly welcomed at the office to collect the keys by the staff. I would highly recommend Scott Fraser.👍😊

Once again the Witney Office (Sophie this time) found us some excellent tenants for a rental property. Pleasure to deal with!
One star lost because the interventions from the Leaders central office were not of the same high standard as the service we got from the local office.

We have been dealing with Caitlin in the Witney office. After a couple of extremely unprofessional encounters with a well-known Oxford agency, Caitlin has been a breath of fresh air. Efficient and professional we have now rented a beautiful property for our daughter. Delighted.

We had a very bumpy ride with our sale from start to finish but Sam is a real asset to the company and once he was assigned as our main contact he really kept on top of things and got things moving for us right down to completion.

Staff all very helpful and friendly but they use an outside agency to perform their money laundering checks which requires their customers to subscribe to a costly service.

I started the journey with Marc through word of mouth from another seller i know and after those initial intro's i was passed on to Ellie who was excellent throughout right until completion. Much appreciated to all involved

Alvaro Sanchez, the property maintenance manager at the Witney branch was brilliant, although very busy he always took the time to respond and ensure any issues were resolved, and checked back that everything was done properly. The 5 stars are entirely for Mr Sanchez, as the lettings department staff changed continually throughout the 3 years I dealt with them, and sadly they were at times condescending and careless.

Absolutely excellent experience. The agency were attentive to our requirements, they produced a great advert for the house. I feel extremely well represented and supported throughout the sale of my house with scotfraser.

Ellie did an excellent job handling my sale, highly recommended.

Chloe was very professional, she was familiar with the property we were viewing and could answer our questions, and she welcomed our feedback afterwards. My only general observation is that 15 minutes is a very short timeslot for a viewing, and we were rushed at the end as the next Cient was waiting to view. Otherwise the process was handled very smoothly, thank you.

Finally moving in to my property shortly, have been dealing with Chloe who has been an excellent help. I've been on a bit of a tight schedule and she's worked really hard to make sure everything's been sorted in time. Thanks Chloe, great work. Alex Reid
