Arrived very fast and was in perfect condition. Got everything I payed for. Perfect.

Straightforward ordering and delivered early

I have bounced around various suppliers for my favourite snack, been let down, upset by sudden price changes then finally after a web search found the Scottish Grocers, gave them a go and they haven't let me down. Fast delivery, just received my second order and they have now become my new go-to for my snacks.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Will order again from Scottish Grocers.

after a week , nothing arrived , no reply to my E Mails
and the phone no. on the web site does not work

I will raise dispute with my CC co. after 15 days
( unless they appear by then)

I placed an order and paid them you just cancelled it, returned my money but did not give an explanation. Still no idea why

I have been looking for the cheesy pasta what seems like forever! Found it online at this store so ordered plenty plus some chocolate treats too cant wait to took in thank you! Delivery has been and made my day

Amazing service.
Ordered 8 packs of Annas Original Ginger Thins biscuits and arrived within 2 days. Well packed, couldn't be better.

Nearly 3 weeks, still haven't seen my order. Have used the 'contact us' facility, no response.

Would advise to avoid

Service was really good from scottish grocers, however, the pack of 12 cans had 1 burst can in, soaking the packaging and obviously leaving me 1 unit short on what i had paid for. Maybe packaging could be labelled as fragile as likely was damaged in transit. That was the only thing stopping it from being perfect. I will continue to order goods from there in future .

Got the items that I can't easily get down south.

I ordered drinking chocolate over a week before Christmas (14th Dec) with the expectation it was due to be delivered by the Saturday at the latest. I understand that delays can happen and wasn’t too concerned it hadn’t arrived then as there was no communication indicating a problem. The order didn’t arrive and the only communication was an email this morning (31st Dec) saying our money was being refunded: no apology, no explanation. The poorest of possible service. I would advise people to be wary of ordering. Things can go wrong, but good companies keep you informed.
