No communication, no order info on top of that order never arrived thats 20 bucks ill never see again lol

I had my order cancelled and refunded without giving me any information as to why. Very poor communication from the company.

Order for 6 packets of Stockan’s Orkney Cheese Oatcakes from the web site. Got 6 packets of ordinary Stockan's Oatcakes with expiry date next March which isn't long.
Contacted them, no reply yet.
Reply 2 days later, needed photo evidence, offered to send correct items or refund, chose items...

Really easy to order, very good price and delivered really quickly. Delivered irn bru glass bottles to South Wales as you can't get them anywhere here and by far the cheapest.

Got the delivery a day earlier than expected delivery date and I have to admit I am addicted to dropkick pwr bru so nice

Fantastic flour, well packaged and delivered in good order. Took a little bit longer than advertised to arrive, but well worth it when it did. Will happily buy again.

I placed my order Thursday last week and today I received an email stating its cancelled. WHY??? No Explanation Whatsoever.

Scottish Grocers we’re amazing, I called them from Cornwall and asked lots of questions especially regarding expiration date considering the company who usually make product doesn’t anymore which is sad😔however saying that Scottish Grocers were awesome in providing what I required and with a long shelf life 🙂 than you for an amazing service and delivery *****

Had my order cancelled as the item was listed as in stock in the website however got a phone call a couple days after my order to say they never had it. Chap on the phone was pleasant enough and offered to substitute the items. Disappointed as I'd been looking around for months to get them. Perhaps an idea to remove out of stock items in a more timely manner??
