If I could give no stars I would !! I complained about the product which I purchased online … no response it was just cheap plastic where you can buy online for a lot less then they were charging …. Would not recommend of buy anything from this company again !!!!! Disgrace…..!

They let me be a trial run on a part and will always be my go to parts company
I had an amazing experience. They were really helpful making sure I ordered the correct parts for my mini and even let me get a test product for android auto in my car. With a really quick delivery time and a very fast help team whenever you need it. Would highly recommend to get all parts for your mini from here.

Excellent Mini F56 Android Display
I couldn't be happier with the F56 Mini Android display. From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality and finish felt indistinguishable from the genuine Mini stereo – it slots perfectly into the dash and looks like it came from the factory.
The Android Auto system is fast, intuitive, and totally seamless. Everything just works. USB and AUX connections are still fully functional, and to my surprise, my tyre pressure monitor has started working for the first time ever – something even the original system couldn’t manage!
It’s really elevated the driving experience, and I’m now seriously considering adding a reverse camera and parking sensors to complete the setup. If the team has any recommendations for compatible accessories, I'd really appreciate the advice.
Highly recommended for any F56 owner looking to bring their car up to modern standards without sacrificing OEM looks.

Fits like OEM!
I ordered the Mini door projectors and the wireless charger for my 2025 JCW Convertible (US Spec) and they all fit perfectly, as though they were installed at the factory! The projectors even took less than 60 seconds to install, they were so easy that I’m thinking about ordering more to switch them out more regularly.

That with returns there is always a restock fee as opposed to a maybe.
The piece of equipment brought. Didn't include any support which was highlighted as available on QR code. Contacted Brad via email to inform and never received a reply.

Here is a breakdown of my experience:
Prior to ordering product. Communication from my partner was completed to ensure resources available to complete the fit. They were satisfied via their communication that video would be available.
I then prepared to fit product. Via removing of air vents etc. clicked QR code provided no links provided. Just a blank screen. Partner contacted and was informed videos available. Checked again. No videos available. I searched around and found one for 3 series but not as stated for 1 series.
Emailed to request refund. Highlighting videos not available. No acknowledgement of that or a thanks for letting me know.
Refund receipt received as attached which appears to use interesting maths as the figures don't add up. As 13.95 + 2.33 doesn't equal 28.54. Which I find strange not to acknowledge anyway the reason for missing money in my receipt.
I don't leave negative reviews normally unless I feel I've been short changed or not acknowledged. I was hoping for a positive experience and inform others of that but unfortunately I can't.

To clarify: our returns include a restocking fee, as outlined in our terms and confirmed when you requested the return. These terms are agreed to at checkout and were transparently reiterated in my reply with the return instructions, prior to the item being sent back.
The product includes a step-by-step installation guide via YouTube, and support is always available — we’re more than happy to assist when asked. However, no request for help was made in your emails. Had you reached out for guidance, I’d have been happy to assist.
You contacted us on 30th May to arrange a return, explaining you had decided to go for a full stereo replacement instead. I responded the next day with all the necessary details, and your refund was processed promptly once the item was received.
We take pride in providing fast, helpful support and believe your experience reflects that. While we welcome fair and constructive feedback, it’s important that reviews accurately represent what took place.
