Was a little apprehensive posting items but arrived the next day by 1.00pm. Got a call from Luke who offered me the best price I was quoted from other agencies. The money was transferred that afternoon.
First class service reliable and trustworthy, would have no problem in highly recommending this organisation.

The process was very simple and within 24 hours I had received payment! Very communication throughout the process, phone calls, texts and emails. I had been quite nervous about the procedure but it proved to be a very simple pain free process

Needs an 10 star very polite company and from where I am in the UK very helpful and a very well run business I can’t recommend them enough go to them you will not be disappointed very highly recommended easy to use and same day payment and if something cannot be taken they will take the time to return item’s safely.

How refreshing it is to find a company that does exactly what it tells you they will. I’m not a frequent reviewer but this company gets five stars from me and deserves more. They made me a very generous offer within twenty two hours of posting some items to them. Excellent communication from a very polite member of their team.

I have sold gold to other firms before. ScrapGold processed the delivery in the 24 hours from me posting the gold by special delivery, including the agreed price arriving in my bank account. All you need is a small Jiffy bag, staples and sellotape. Super price, easy, human contact. What is there not to like! This should be the norm in business but unfortunately a rare occurrence!

I had some gold to sell but never doing it before was worried. I found Scrap Gold UK on trust pilot so selected for the reviews plus the gold rates were good.

The online process was easy. I made a huge error when i sent the parcel i forgot to note the reference number. Panicking i emailed the company to explain. I should not have worried. They emailed back quickly and put my mind at rest.

Within an hour of receiving the package they called me with the price which matched the online quote. And which was £40 more than id been offered from Ramsdens! After verifying a few details i agreed the sale and had the money in my account before the end of the working day.

There are so many fraudulent online companies it taints your views, so its amazing to find a company like this who are genuine, and offer the service exactly as they advertised.

I would definitely use again.

Having read all the positive reviews for this company I still wanted to phone in to make sure it was a legitimate business. I spoke to a very friendly lady out their call centre in the West Midlands who assured me my items would be safe when posted in and that if I was happy with the price offered then I would have the money in my bank within a few hours. That’s exactly what happened. I was offered exactly what was shown on the site based on the weight of gold I was sending in. Money was then sent to my account within a few hours of accepting the offer
