I used to sell my gold to this company a few times. In 2013 they did not return gems inserted in earrings and only after 3 emails I got them back with no apology.
This time I sent them 18ct gold wedding band and 10.29grams 14ct gold necklace (marked. And proved by valuation) but have been paid for 18ct and 9ct instead! 4emails and 2 weeks now on and no reply. I've decided to apply for a small court now. Do NOT USE Scrapgold UK

I received another check with the rest of the money for my gold. Few comments on the inclosed card but no apology or sorry I received. Never again!
