Money not on time, pickup not on time, scrapped car on Thursday been told money will be send straight away, advisors on phone lying, I was told on Friday money has been sent, on Monday guy answered phone and told I'm scheduled for payment in the evening, don't reccomend, better scrap for cash in hand chaps

Booked a collection then was Ghosted.
Booked a collection, during the booking process, Messages were replied to very quickly. However they never bothered to turn up to collect the vehicle and no messages or phone calls to say that they were unable to attend.
I sent messages for a couple of days to give them another chance however they never replied - they ghosted me.
In a way i should be thankful as i got 25% more from another firm - car.co.uk

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Contacted me about my car very quickly and requested further images and information from me to gain best quote. Quoted me more than others, furthermore the care was collected and money in my account in 11 hours from start to finish. Recovery guy Danny was polite, professional and helpful. Completed the log book for me and advised me how to complete online to save time posting forms etc.
All in all it could not have gone smoother.

Scrap Local, collection if you're lucky!
Arranged a price by text and phone call. Collection was meant to be 9-1pm Thursday 16/1/25. Waited until 1pm, no collection or phone call. Call them to be told collection team are running late could still be collected. Not! Wasted day. Called on Friday to find out what happened. They apologised and said they'd given it to wrong collection team? Since then I have had to keep calling them to chase them up and a week later, the car STILL HAS NOT BEEN collected. The phone service are helpful and apologetic when you call, but ultimately toothless. Making it a urgent matter and raising tickets is no good to me! Would not recommend.
