We were really happy with the service we received. A challenging fracture at the end of a much loved dining room table was made safe and skilfully restored to a degree that you wouldn't know the repair was there unless you looked really closely. The technician who came to us was personable, professional and focused. We appreciated his efforts and commitment.

Wayne spent nearly three and a half hours today, repairing several window scratches, from a recent installation. Honestly, we could not believe our eyes! The windows are as good as new. We can literally see *nothing* of the old scratches. Wayne clearly knows his job extremely well (and he was also super polite and professional). Would definitely use again.

Super efficient. Clean. Go the extra mile and pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Quick response and very competitive rates. Would have no problem in using their services again.

Arranged visit to remove superficial scratches from bi-fold door glass panels, caused by a window cleaner and was assured it would be straight forward and initially all seemed OK until the next morning when large milky patches appeared. A second visit was arranged for the technician to come back and polish the areas properly.

Having done and once he had left I then noticed a number of new scratches that had been caused by the polishing pad and phoned Chicago Glass immediately. I was told the lady was away from her desk and she would call be back. Having heard nothing I phoned again in the afternoon only to be told she had left for the day and to call back on Monday. On Monday I called and was told she was off !! Having complained another member of staff arranged for a visit.

When the 'supervisor' arrived he admitted that the scratches were the result of poor workmanship and set about to remove them. However we then noticed later that day as the sun shone through that he had overworked the area and completely distorted the glass and left large circular rings clearly visible in the door panel.

After several phone calls and emails the company refunded the cost of the work and stated that "I was no worse off than I was before" (which clearly isn't the case as I now have to replace the whole panel) and would "not entertain" covering the cost of the replacement. I do not understand how something so apparently straight forward has turned into such a debacle !!

***As a footnote to the Chicago Glass response - The panel in question did not have a special coating, as they state and in fact was the same as the other panel which was treated in exactly the same way and without any problems, other than the milky patches that had to be polished out !!!!

We had several curved glass units that needed scratches polishing out and we contacted Chicago Glass for a price. The whole process was seamless and the engineer did a fantastic job. We would definitely call on Chicago Glass again in the future.

I have used this company a handful of times for damaged window panes on a new build development - Their communication is prompt, quality of work is good and they honour the dates given.

Used Chicago Glass on our new development. They carried out the glazing scratches on various areas and properties in a very professional manner. Easy to contact and book appointments and the technician arrived on the day and time slot scheduled. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really nice and polite operative who made sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction, he needed to have a couple of attempts to fix the problem properly and ended up doing a really good job and we are very pleased with the final outcome.

Excellent value and a brilliant job

there are several things that I really like from these guys. Reliability, quickness in responding, competence and also honesty. I don't think I could find a better company to count on whenever I need to sort out issues with scratched glass panels. The guy who came on site did an amazing job. He was very polite and careful in following covid rules.
I hope I will not need a similar service anymore, but, just in case, I feel reassured that I can rely on Chicago Glass.

Chicago Glass not only deliver a first class service and product but all of the staff are so very helpful and accessible.

As a customer they have made me feel valued and made it easy for me to talk to them and resolve the issues that I had.

On site they are efficient and leave everything clean and tidy, they also check in at regular intervals to ensure as a customer I am happy.
