Website is easy to follow for a complex area and technical support is readily available and very helpful. I had a laptop that was not listed but a suitable screen was quickly found. Delivery was exactly as indicated and the new screen installed without any problems. Very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Never having replaced a screen before, I was a bit wary but at £55, I thought it wouldn't be a disaster if I failed. Well it all worked out very easily.... saw a video... not the same model..... but gave me a good idea what to do. Screen arrived very quickly and really well packed. Detaching the connector proved very fiddly with lots of very sticky tape. Connected thenew one up, switched on and nothing! Knew it had to be the screen as the laptop worked using the tv screen. Removed the new screen and realised I hadn't pushed the connector fully home. All works beautifully now with an amazingly sharp and vivid screen. I think I've slightly damaged the bezel as it doesn't click into place at one point.... hardly shows...... might use a dab of silicone sealant just to hold it in place. Anyway, delighted with the service and outcome at a really fair price.

Works perfect, don't know if it is just me, but the screen looks more glossy than the old one, and has better colors, this is a very good thing.

Really easy to order exactly what I needed even though I didn't have a part number just the make and model of my laptop. Arrived quickly and very well wrapped.
