I order some bolts that turned out to…

I order some bolts that turned out to be the wrong thread and according to the returns policy I can't return them for refund as the value of the order is too low.
I'm now stuck with stainless steel bolts that are useless to me. I wish I had know the policy before ordering as I wouldn't have placed the order. I won't be ordering anything else from this site again.

Items not recieved

Items not recieved, tracking said "returned to sender, address not found" at the couriers hub.
They offered to resend, which I said would be fine if they felt they could put my address on the package, but they didn't seem confident. We settled on the refund option.
Refunded after 16 days with just one reminder from me.
