A total disaster and a expensive…
A total disaster and a expensive decision:
Needed 30 pieces of T track nuts for solar panel. Ordered, only arrived 1.
Email them, they apologise, I accept apology and also informed them that I needed 30 more. They are me that everything was in hand.
Second delivery, only arrived 24, emailed them, they apologise and confirm that everything is in hand. Third delivery, today I received 29 pieces ( the missing from the first order) and that is about it. Where are the remaining 6 pieces. I can be bothered. Despite shipping being "quick" the several delays has cost me a great deal and customer reputation. Think twice

All I received was an empty box , it took them 2 weeks not to send me any replacements and then another 2 weeks to get my refund , awful company

Item didn't arrive after two weeks and only then i came to check the reviews. I emailed asking where my items were and got the same response as a lot of people are saying on here, lost package.
Companies like this make running a business and absolute headache. AVOID!
