Good customer service from the Gateshead store. Slight problem over the delivery charge other than that suite arrived in good condition and was delivered when advised

Visited SCS, Slough on Saturday 29th February 2020. Very polite salesmen. Was seen by Musin/JC who was particularly helpful. Very pleased with service received. Good choice of sofas and seem to be very good quality and well priced.

Delivery was right on time and the delivery team were excellent in out very courteous took all the wrapping away really pleased

Received my new sofas today ,lovely fellas they where promt and afficient,they set the sofas up and removed all the packaging and took it away. A big thanks to Dean 286 and Ste Rice 294.

Received sofas in excellent condition. 3rd floor apartment so was a bit tricky for the delivery drivers but they managed perfectly with no problems at all. Was contacted 1hr before to let us know they were on the way.

Sales advisor was adamant we purchased the extra cover. Taking the pics up an extra £600!
Liked that was able to look around without being pestered. Delivery was easy to arrange and within the time frame given.
Few marks on both sofas on delivery but look lovely.

Sean the delivery driver and Paul one of the delivery crew from your Seaham Distribution Centre were great, called me an hour before they delivered my sofa as promised, got it in my home no problem and put it all together and in position, nothing was a bother, more than happy with my delivery and highly recommend these 2 guys! Thanks again

Friendly a professional delivery service (despite the pouring rain). The guys delivered our sofa navigating a narrow path and we're done in just a few minutes and had a smile on their faces too.
