BDW-386-70 Benn and Kris were fantastic. Polite and really efficient. Have had no end of trouble with other delivery services as our house is hard to find. No trouble for these 2 though. Couldnt ask for a better pair to deliver our sofa. Couldnt believe how fast and effortless it was for them to install for us. They set the standard for delivery drivers in my view. Thank You.

NOTE - ONLY GIVING 5* FOR DELIVERY GUYS. So we received our delivery this morning (delivery drivers Tom and Chris - ELW-422-501 were bloody fantastic - so cheery and pleasant and very quick - thanks guys) after placing it in store at SCS Birstall in March 2021 - today is 10th December 2021 so literally 9 months after placing the order!!!!!!!!!! My husband rang them numerous times and emailed and all we got was "covid delays" or "well the date is only estimated not confirmed". Absolute SHOCKING customer service and as for the store - they are absolutely incessant in their chasing you around the store each time you move to look at something else - now i know they are sales persons but please let us browse and we will come for help if we need it. Please take notice of these reviews and learn from them

BDW-571-463 - after 2 years of fighting to get a new sofa from SCS after our first one was delivered damaged. What a way to turn our opinion around. Aaron and Kev were sensational. The sofa was a tight fit for the house but they used all their knowledge and manoeuvring skills to fit it in. The customer service they provided was quality as well. I hope they have a cracking Christmas and new year and deserve some recognition for the difficult task they faced! Thanks both!

Exelent service from Dom and Daz from laying sheets to protect our carpet to placing and building suit and removing packaging. They also checkrd over the goods . Ifound the lads friendly and very helpful and made sure we were happy before leaving
