After waiting 5 months for new sofa the actual delivery day was excellent Goffy and Elliot arrived exactly when they said they would. They got the sofa up a flight of awkward stairs with no hassle SCS are very lucky to have two such helpful and polite people on their team. Thank you Goffy and Elliot.

Bas -51-379 , these two were incredible. Great customer service, plenty of information regarding my sofa and scs policy. They took the sofa through the flat lobby and into my ground floor flat safely and didn't cause any damage and took so much care and attention. So much chat and banter, my partner is pregnant who wasn't there at the time of delivery but she appreciates the amazing service I received and cannot get over how good the sofa is. Thank you for our first sofa. ❤

Graham and Simon M ref BDC-030-407 delivered my sofas yesterday. They were very efficient and helpful. Keep me advised of their delivery timeliness on route. A seam on back of one sofa had not been stapled correctly. They took photos and reported it and said a technician would be in touch to rectify this.

Fantastic service. Delivery drivers Mark (KDC 302) and George (KDC 427) were very polite and friendly. They rang ahead of time to say they were an hour away and then when they were slightly delayed, they rang to keep us informed of the new delivery time. Delivery was speedy and efficient. Overall, a great service!

Delivery Drivers codes were JZD 193 and 463.
Both delivery men were very helpful and very polite. Sofa was a tight fit to get in but not a problem to them, they persevered until they got it in. It would be nice if all delivery men were like these two nice gentlemen.

Got our replacement after a 5 month wait from BCD-469-DAVID L AND 487 STEVE H. They took our front door off and put it against the house. The furniture was delivered well then both men went into the back of the lorrie. They were ment to put the door back before going back to the lorry then crash our door fell to the ground and gouged the handle. A shame 469 david l and 487 steve h had to tell there boss WE took the door off when we didnt it was a lie just to keep face with there boss.

My sofa came and was delivered with the upmost professionalism were COVID safe quick and polite . The delivery men were nicky 162 and were terry 166 was very impressed with them thank you

I do not usually take the time to write a review (unless it’s a complaint) however the two guys who have just delivered my sofa and chair more than deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.
Rob and Ross were friendly and polite whilst being very professional from start to finish.
Being a lone female I am sometime a little wary with anyone having to come in to my home but I felt at ease from the minute I answered the door due to their professionalism.
My property is not the easiest to navigate around when moving furniture however the guys took great care from the unloading of the furniture to placing it where I needed it.
If Ross and Rob read this review I’d just like to say thank you again and on the back of your service I have already recommended to a family member who will be shopping with SCS as soon as they are able!

Thanks to Bobby and Karl from Seaham DC who delivered mums sofa and chair. They were excellent, kind and considerate making sure the furniture was placed exactly where mum wanted it. Well done lads and a massive thank you from us all in cramlington
