Sculpt Leather Jackets

I never would have thought you could buy a leather jacket online but after seeing the jacket my sister bought for her husband from Sculpt, I bought one for my partner for his birthday. The fit is amazing, I based it on his shirt size, and it fits perfectly, and he has very broad shoulders.
The leather is so soft and such a great colour, I can tell it will only get better with age. The service from the Sculpt team was also great, I know that they are made to order and although it took a little longer than I thought when I emailed to ask about the progress they got back to me straight away and kept me updated until it was delivered.
Now I just have to order one for myself!!!

Nearly two weeks to be delivered and the item strange fit so retuned . Very poor communication with the company endless emails before someone replied . Finally somebody did . Asked for refund as I didn’t want to chance a second item having to be returned and the same happening again .
It was nearly a £400 jacket . I would tread carefully using this company .

Delivery was a bit on the slow side but it was over christmas. The jacket is lovely. Material fab and looks really stylish.

I bought this for my 16 year old daughter and she's very happy with the style, quality and fit.

Jackets appear to be great quality, although only time will tell. Jacket had a very strong smell which took about a week to clear, and now just smells of genuine leather. Jacket has also worn in a little and is now very comfortable!

Customer service has been a mix - part great, part lacking. I think it may be covid/staffing related though, as the email team (Siana in particular) replied promptly and were always very helpful. Looks like it's only recently that you can return items for a full refund (rather than exchange), which is a must for online retailers really. Their website is confusing, so I emailed Customer service for clarification. They responded quickly and politely..

Ordered 2 jackets. Not sure if it was a mistake, but only one turned up, and I had to email customer service before the second one was sent.

Both jackets fit well, but the "Ethan" was a bit tighter on the arms, so I kept the "Kurt".

Returned the "Ethan" (at my cost, but I knew this). Did take about 8 days after Sculpt received the jacket before I received the refund. Again, maybe covid/staffing related. Would definitely use them again.

Leather jacket is really good quality and fit is accurate. I based it on the shirt size metric and ordered a large. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but this may have been due to current lockdown restrictions etc.

Order a size too big online, the exchange was very smooth and quick. Stitching looks excellent. Highly recommended.

I carefully did the measurements for the Sarah Brown Leather jacket and decided on XL size. I felt this was probably the best sizing as thought this would give me a bit extra as 40 to 41 inches is my size. The jacket is lovely, it fits well but I find it’s a bit tight under the armpits which is not ideal as I drive a fair bit.

Clear communication, fast delivery, good quality, nice fit. Highly recommended.

I am disappointed that neither the jacket nor coat I purchased had any inside pockets, which I don’t believe was stated anywhere in their descriptions.
They are otherwise fine, but I’m left contemplating returning them or exploring options of somehow having inside pockets inserted.

Difficult situation writing a review during a pandemic due to harsh circumstances on any non mainstream business!

Any other time I would have opted for a much lower score due to delivery time, communication and ignoring simple requests! But by no means do I want to tarnish a business when clearly the pandemic causes struggle!

I am very happy with the product but believe communication should vastly improve!

If you cannot reply in the 12 hours like your website states then clearly change this to match the situation.

I bought a shearling jacket (order no. 1141) for myself but I decided to return it as it didn't fit me properly.

I contacted them to arrange the return on the same day the jacket was delivered to me. Needless to say it was painful to even get the return address, and I only managed to get it after several emails asking for it.

The jacket has been returned to them by Royal Mail on Jan 13th and I have provided them the tracking number and the proof of delivery. As of today Jan 27th, I'm still waiting for a refund and I'm quite sure I will never get it, so I'd suggest you avoid putting yourself in the same situation

I've finally received the refund. It's sad that one has to leave a review and threaten legal actions to be heard

Jacket ordered during the lockdown, so naturally took a little longer to arrive. However, reassuringly, the leather was being cut to order to keep it in good condition. Communication was great and when the jacket arrived it was real quality, true to size, comfy to wear & top notch zips & lining. I’m over the moon. Highly recommended.
