Amazing quality
Amazing quality! I have been looking for a leather jacket for a long time and Sculpt delivered. Beautifully designed and made, I could not fault the quality of the jacket. I’ll have it my whole life.
I am usually a size 8 and quite petit. I ordered the XS but probably could have gone an XXS, so the sizes run a little large in my opinion.

Lovely leather jacket
Received a gorgeous jacket from my husband for Christmas. The quality of the jacket is lovely and the colour gorgeous.
Our only disappointment was with shipping times and updates along the way- the product ultimately did not arrive in time for Christmas which was a shame

The design of the jacket and colour…
The design of the jacket and colour were lovely and it looked well made although the sizing is on the small side. Unfortunately though the strong smell of the leather was too overwhelming for me and although it faded a bit not enough for me to feel able to wear it . I also hadn't realised that it was possible to return the jacket, only exchanges are offered making it a risky purchase when you can't try it before being committed to keeping it. After contacting them they did agree to a refund but it hasn't arrived yet.....

Product poorly packaged and had a cut…
Product poorly packaged and had a cut mark on the back.
Difficult company to deal with. You are not allowed to talk to anybody can only email. This makes things very slow.
Issues were resolved eventually but at a glacial pace.
Very polite on the emails though.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The delay in response was purely due to Christmas & New Year's Eve. We apologize about that. The jacket was damaged in the transit and we have now escalated to Royal Mail. We now see that the issue has been resolved :)

The jacket I ordered for my Grandaughter in the UK was too small. Sizes are much different in the UK than here in Canada obviously.
Your customer service is beyond reproach.
Custom making a replacement jacket as it is not available in the size required. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!

When it came it was to Small so I sent it back and reordered an XXLARGE Which fitted just right .
When ordering take this in to consideration the sizes are correct .
