Extremely disappointing service
Extremely disappointing service. I will never use this company again. I ordered a leather jacket on 8/12 for my daughter’s Christmas present and it has still not been shipped as of today (23/12/20) . It is clearly not going to arrive in time for Christmas.
The only action that Sculpt Leather completed quickly was to take the money from my account at the time of the order.
The company have taken no action themselves to inform me of the progress of my order . I have had to send several e mails and it is impossible to contact them by phone.
A seriously poor service.

Many thanks for your review. Firstly, we apologize for the delay. We never faced these issues as a company. It was not intentional. It was purely due to the current situation & the lockdown restrictions in UK. However, the jacket has already been dispatched and it has been scheduled for the delivery today just before Christmas as promised.
