I ordered Bilstein shocks for my motorhome. I was pretty much stuck in the desert of AZ. My shocks had failed and I was afraid to drive to much without.
I found my shocks at SD after much searching on the internet. I spoke with a very helpful person who assured me that not only were they in stock, but that I could receive them within three business days. Long story short that didn't happen.
Jackie to the rescue! I called SD and Jackie answered. After hearing my story, she immediately contacted her supervisor. Over the next three days she followed up and made sure my order was found and promptly shipped. It was an awesome example of customer recovery.

My experience with SD Truck was not good at all I asked for a quote for 2 shocks including shipping.
After seeing SD standard print out on all quotes saying shipping dose not apply outside the USA ,I emailed back requesting the price to get the shocks to my Canadian address. Even after clearly telling the Rep Oscar I wanted no surprises later I get another bill from UPS for $150 dollars.

Brian in sales was great. All instructions for measuring bolts were clear and concise. Brian made sure everything was in stock and was able to take advantage of some end of year pricing. 5 stars 2003 ZR2 rear springs, bolts, bilstien shocks.

I ordered spring air bags for my FJ Cruiser. There was a few weeks delay in SDTruck Springs getting the item from their supplier. When I called for a status of my order, Derrick went to work securing the item from another of their associated vendors. He explained it would be few more bucks with shipping which I agreed to. He re ordered the item and they were on my porch within 72 hours, Great Job Derrick with communication and the follow through.5 STARS bud!

I ordered airbags over a month ago and no shipment and no refund these guys are a scam
