When you think of agency work you automatically think you are just another name on their books. With the Search Consultancy this was not the case at all. My work provider at Search was Barry Chapman, & I have to say his professional approach to myself was outstanding. He not only found me a position, but once in the company he was checking up each week to find out if there were any issues & generally how I was coping with the work.

If any issues arose outside our weekly contact then Barry was always on the end of the phone to talk things through & sort out any problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Search Consultancy as a company to sign up with if you're looking to get back into the work place.

Being in a difficult situation due to health reasons, with Barry Chapman from Search I found a job that suits me with an easy process and professional approach. Sean was a a very nice advisor who helped me through the process of applying for a new job, as I was in need of changing the scenario.

I received a phonecall from a recruiter from Search, His name was Sean.
His telephone manner was very warming and welcoming. He showed an interest in my CV and suggested a potential job for me. I told him that due to childcare I was only able to work certain hours a day.
In the space of a few days, Sean had set up an interview for a role that had the perfect hours for me and I got the job!
Sean called me every other day and sent emails during this time with advice and updates. He was lovely, and His customer service was great!

I was approached by Sean spokes regarding this role which I have successfully secured. Sean was very friendly, supportive and approachable throughout the process. He was always quick to respond to any of my questions or queries and supported me throughout the end to end process.

Guess lm one of the unlucky people-constantly let down & communication lacking to say the least! Problems receiving pay slips so only received 2 in three months. It’s now 22 days since l was advised my P45 had been processed & lm still waiting for it

Jody is v organised and supportive. She has always been available to help me with any queries and has been patient with my questions, often going beyond what’s required of her to help me with my timesheets etc.

Barry is a grate specialist, he give me a lot of support and very clear information. Lindsay always answer so quickly, sometimes 6 am. Both very helpfull. Thank you so much and see you in future.

Search agency has been the only agency where I have found a stable job and income since I lost my job due to covid and redundancies. I was looking for Customer Service work earlier this year. I was using Indeed applying for several roles. I received an Email from Jody Vickers from a work agency, informing me about a role she thought would match my skills.
Straight from the off after the first initial phone call with Jody, she seemed really friendly and helpful.
I ended being successful in my application for the role and before I started met up with Jody face to face. She answered all my questions about the new job, and made me feel confident in representing Search the agency she worked for.
Throughout my employment she was always accessible via phone or email, and always helped out and actioned requests when needed.
All in all it was a 5 star experience dealing with Jody and would happily contact her again in the future if I was looking for work. Highly recommend Search agency and Jody for anyone else looking for work in the future.
