Worst company ever
Worst company ever - DONT buy from here. After 2+ months of waiting and checking my email for any updates, they sent me a threatening message saying they will take me to court?! I paid for the sofa on the first day and received no communication from them prior. I still dont know why they sent me that email - no apology was ever received even if it was a miscommunication. The next day I immediately ordered for their partner delivery company to bring the sofa. Paid around 200 euros for them to assemble and lift the sofa to my apartment. They just left it in the corridor and blocked the entire building because of no legitimate reasons. Had to go back and forth and pay extra for them to return again and give me proper service. Treated with disgust by everyone. STAY AWAY

Poor customer experience and no status tracking
Very friendly people at the store. Was a bit surprised to discover that the deal for the couch MILO was actually around EUR 700 and not 399 (as branded on the website). This offer only concerns having the sofa with cheap textiles and no convertible option. In the end, we bought our sofa in February as we needed something asap, and at no point, has anyone spoken of a 14-week delay. There is, somehow a tiny clause mentioning potential delays "due to COVID" in the contract. We find ourselves in May, and still no news of the sofa - nor about the tracking status. We have called regularly and always - maybe the end of May [...] or maybe June. I have to admit, this is a poor customer experience and I'd like to know the status of this order.

A Surprisingly Delightful Experience
From the moment we walked into the store the staff was there to greet us and offer us physical documentation and verbal information as to how to maneuver and find items in the store. We were not rushed or pushed by the staff while we were looking at all the offerings. When we had a question Dave, the Store Manager, was ready to assist us with all of the details and to answer our questions with enthusiasm, courtesy and knowledgeable responses. He helped us to measure pieces, and decide which pieces would work for our space. He calculated all of the costs, with delivery quote and gave us additional information regarding the delivery service we could use once our items arrived. Dave was very nice and helped us to get the best price for all of the products and services we desired. He also offered us a free loaner sofa for our home while we were waiting on delivery of our new furniture. That was a real bonus surprise and one we are taking advantage of. The front desk staff was very helpful, too. She (and I apologize but I did not get her name) was very pleasant and accurate, went trough the order to make sure everything was correct and helped us with all of the final paperwork for our purchase. It was a great pleasure to have such a lovely experience on what we thought would be a tedious and difficult process. The staff made our experience easy, informative and a delightful process. Thank you Dave and staff for your time and assistance.
