You are welcomed properly, you get your list with all the details and you are free to watch anything you want without feeling overly forced to buy. Customer service was great as Gregory came 3x 4x asking us if we needed help.

Really not a good experience
Really not a good experience: fake sales arguments, fake promotions, push for sales, once you sign a contract and pay 30% no way to get money back or to renegotiate....We were tow people, both bought and did not get the max discount as promised (21%). We were told if we buy the same day we get 21% discount on all models, which did not happen. In addition my friend got a sofa with a defect... Lucas was the seller. Other sales where very professional like Husein (extra guy) and Michael!

Waited the couch for 4 months, and the couch is defected
Bought a couch in seats and sofas Machelen, kept me waiting for 16 weeks! Their service is always bad, employees are impolite and rude, they told me it’s not their problem to be late. What’s worse, after 4 months waiting time, the legs of the couch were not new, I notified them about it , they just asked me to go get some new ones in their store and change it myself. It’s not convenient for me to go so I asked if they could deliver them. But a person called Fiona said “they don’t deliver everything!” So I have to swallow it! Really don’t recommend this store to anyone, I feel like it’s a scam. They are only friendly before you buy something. After you pay the money they turn to become how they really are
Update: after they replied me on trust pilot, they didn’t do anything about it. Pure scammers

I bought a big sofa
I bought a big sofa straight from the store. The people were really helpful and friendly, they also gave us a big discount. A truly professionals who knows their job.
They offered us a contact person for delivery and we received our couch the next day, this is really impressive for the delivery services in Belgium in general! :)
The sofa is nice and comfortable, we fit it without any issues.
The only problem I had was that the sofa came without 4 pillows that were included in the set (and in the invoice). We sent an email 2 weeks ago and we still hope that someone will help us solve this problem.
