Seats and Sofas - Den Haag Reviews 

I can highly recommend this store. I had really good experience to buy new sofa for a really good price. Quality of the products is excellent. As for me, better then in jysk, ikea.

On Saturday, Dec. 17 at 16:3,0 we were at Megastores, Den haag, and we intended just to look at our options for buying a sofa, and buy one later. Then we entered the Seats and Sofa Store and the seller told us that they have a big sale that we will miss if we don't buy on the same day. The seller even mentioned that there is a timer on their website that will end at 6 P.M, and we lose our chance after that. He persuaded us to buy a set of banks for 4150-Euros by decreasing the price in 3 steps, and we signed the contract at 17:45 (just 15 minutes before the shop gets closed). In the evening we looked at their website again and figured out that the sale is going on until the end of Sunday. We usually don't make a decision to shop 4000 Euros in such a short time. If we knew we had more time, we would have checked at least a few more stores to see our other options. The seller was not honest with us and made us hurry to buy the banks. So we went there on Sunday at 11 in the morning (just a few minutes after the shop was open the next morning) and asked to cancel the order and they didn't accept saying that it is in the process. It is strange considering the facts that: 1-the delivery time is 4 weeks in our invoice; 2-it was a weekend and not an official working time; and 3- it was in less than an hour of their opening time that we informed them about our change of mind. I should also add that they had the same sale signs on Saturday and Sunday.
We are really sad and feel deceived. It is stated in the invoice that we should pay 30% of the purchase price as compensation if we want to cancel the order. We contacted their customer service on the same day (Sunday Dec.18 at 12:50 pm), explained the situation and told them that we are fine with paying a 100 Euros or so, for administration costs to cancel the order. But paying 30% of the price as stated in the signed invoice is not fair for such a short notice and while the delivery time is 4 weeks. After passing close to one month, their customer service has not contacted us yet.
Moreover, since our purchase we regularly check their website. Every time we checked their website on a weekend since then, there is a "Super Saturday" and "Crazy Sunday" with a timer. So, what their employee told us at the time of our purchase was completely wrong.

The agent's explanation about the couches is perfect. I felt everything is clear and helpful.
Also, I am grateful to the agent that made a fantastic deal for me.

You can make quite a good deal there since you can negotiate a bit with this friendly team

The purchase process was easy, payment also, only the delivery that was not included and could be. When arrived at home, one of my sofa feet was broken but i didn´t see it in the store, so not sure were it happened.

Price negotiation is a key here but one thing is assured that is the quality and timely delivery !!!! So, best of luck and enjoy your sofa.

Worst customer experience of my life. Never anticipated such a behaviour from staff. at the time of making an order they are very sweet and polite. once your money if in their pocket. you are gone.

I have not received my sofa even after 14 weeks of order. Please my humble request never visit their store or buy anything here. Trust me you will never regret my suggestion.

The shop assistant was amazing. An 18 year old kid is a born seller! I wish there were more shop assistants like him!

If you don't want to be trick into buying your sofa at expensive price but bad service and later delivery date then promised, avoid this place at all cost. we bought our sofa during pinksterdag, and was promise our sofa will come by 1/8. The day we going to move in our new place. Obviously it doesn't come that day. No news at all and on the receipt there is tiny little fine print that says it can take up to october to receive our sofa but we are still being patient. then come the time when our sofa is ready. we are being hit with you need to pay delivery cost. Yes. we've been told they don't deliver but we want them to help us find someone and just charge it all together so we didn't have anything extra to pay when it came and during selling everything is a yes. we paid the total amount including delivery ( external that they going to find for us) , a pricey cost in total for something that should be on deals (mind you they never showed their price on the furniture) the price come from sales person who keep telling you that's the best deal. Now, they denied everything and still ask us to pay the delivery cost. so if you don' t want the same hassle like us. avoid this place. sales seems sweet and helpful when they want to sell things to you. then claim they don't remember saying what they say.

Seats and sofas has a great selection of sofas with great prices. The customer service is superb, very friendly and supportive. The only thing I would say could be improved would be the clarity on the prices in the manual they give out so that you can understand a bit better if the deal you are getting is in fact very good.

Ricardo is an excellent salesman, and the price quality is very good. Unfortunately your'e delivery company sucks!

The staff that attended to me was very professional and amiable. He was very patient and that really convinced me to buy the sofa.

Very professional approach from the seller and other colleagues. Very friendly and proactive. In the end we got a really good discount. The only issue is the supposed waiting time to delivery.

My visit to Seats and Sofas was very positive. Adam was very knowledgeable about the sofas, the fabric options and the prices. He was also very patient as it was difficult to make up my mind, and he suggested good options. I was happy for the option to think about it overnight.
I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received from someone who is an expert in his job. I intend to return to this store for my future sofas. Highly recommended!! :)

What a scam company! Into your face they say that delivery time is up to 12 weeks and them in the contract it is a completely different story with dates which are like several months further , extra 3 to 12 weeks. So real total waiting time is 15 to 24 weeks. I would not do business with this company in the future an would recommend others to avoid them.

Its so poor service that they don't even care or value customes money and choice ...the customes agent asked my contact details to resolve the complaint..I gave them the number still no one called..neither they refunded my money..and I asked for full cancelation they are automatically calling it partial cancelation..what kind of company it is..and poor service..once you sign the contract you can stand in the store like a stupid person and nobody cares. Would always share this feedback with many people..so they don't end up at your store..

Even after ao many request didn't got any call to resolve my complaint and refund my full money.
