Definitely going to use it again!

The tickets on resale were a bit pricey, but the experience was worth it, plus the fact we knew that we definitely have those tickets..They arrived shortly after cleared payment, and we enjoyed the concert a lot. Highly recommend, if you want to make sure you don`t miss out on a great music experience!

Impossible to speak to someone by telephone

I tried at least 10 times on different dates. A simple answer would have saved me a lot of trouble.
AND YES I did look up you ask questions website but could not get the answer to what I was looking for.

Your reply to me suggested that I had been in touch by phone and that as a result I resolved my issue. That is an untruth and fabrication.
I had to resolve my issue through a different channel.
I reiterate my view. You have no system in place to deal with phone calls such that the customer feels a sense that something will be done about.
Talk it through with your management team and CSR. Don't please send me another reply.

When all of our agents are busy taking calls, we can either put you in a queue until the next agent is available, or we’ll play a brief message asking you to call back later. Most of the time, you’ll just be put in a queue, but occasionally – if the volume of calls would mean unacceptably long queue times – we’ll ask you to call back later instead.

We know this isn’t always ideal, but we feel it’s important to let you know that we can’t take your call at the moment, rather than keep you hanging on for extended periods of time.

As an alternative to calling, we also have a full team of agents on hand to answer any queries via email. That said, we're pleased to see that you've since been in touch over the phone and had your query resolved.

A gold mine for good tickets

Quick, easy to navigate, secure transaction. Should advertise their ticket master affiliation more for customer comfort. Have already recommended them to friends and family.

daylight robbery

the face value of the tickets were 50euro. I paid 125euro. The venue was not sold out and seatwave is a rip off.

Ease of use

Website for ticket touts avoid if you can

Tickets were over 200% more expensive, handling fee was worse and postage even worse again. Two tickets that should have cost about €70 cost almost €250.

Highly recommend

I bought Justin Bieber tickets last December off seat wave and to be honest I was a bit worried about purchasing them as they were a Christmas present for my sister. . But I highly recommend seatwave the tickets came straight away and everything went perfect (seller doesn't get the money until 10 days after the concert ) .. I recommend getting the e tickets as all you download them and print off. .hope this helps people who are a bit worried about purchasing from this website but I give it 10/10 and would definitely purchase concert tickets again in the future! 5******

Pit section and didn't know it!

The moment Springsteen tickets went on sale with Ticketmaster I tried for 3 hours with no luck. I clicked the Seatwave link and there were my tickets...no matter the price. Found out at Croke Park they were pit tickets. This 4 day trip couldn't have been better!

legalised touting

I recently went to see the glass animals at the olympia, face value on the tickets was €25 but they were sold out when I went to purchase them. When I purchased them through seatwave, the total including all the sundry charges added by seatwave came to just under €200 for 2 tickets. This is just another form of ticket touting as far as I am concerned and I will not be using seatwave again.
