No issues, good service

Ticketmaster are using this site to rip people off. Within seconds of tickets going on sale - SOLD OUT. Routing to this alternative Ticketmaster site for extortion pricing.

Very easy to us and everything is laid out clearly. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

After being on ticket master early in the morning queuing to get drake tickets I was so upset to see all the good tickets had gone!! No ,I did not want me and my four friends to sit miles apart, this was our only option , when I checked seat wave , prices were just extortionate by the time you factor in booking and service fees etc , I think there should be some regulations in place so people are not being exploited!

Tickets were really easy to purchase and at a great price. They arrived quickly as well.

I have been a Bruce Springsteen fan since forever and obviously wanted to see his last gig in Crokepark ! Much to my disappointment I couldn't secure tickets with Ticketmaster but was advised to view Seatwave website.
Long story short, we paid almost 700€ to see the Boss. When we got to the concert, all excited to be seeing him again and in Croke Park, we were immediately shocked by the sound !! When Brucie baby came on stage I had to ask my husband " has he ( Bruce )had a stroke that I didn't hear about???""
The sound was appalling. We stuck it out for about 45 mins max. Eventually, I said to my husband that I could not bear to stay any longer. I had to keep my hands over my ears to get any sense of sound!!!
In total shock , dismay and disgust we left! I spoke with a few of the staff on the way out and explained why we were leaving a Brucie concert so early! I was furious . I would have much rather have given the money to Focus Ireland or Fr Peter Mc Verry!!
I'm sure if Bruce realised that so many of his fans felt the same way he would never perform here again.
Shame on Seatwave for selling tickets at exorbitant prices and shame on the promotors for not ensuring the sound system was up to scratch. Regardless of the ticket prices, that's hard earned money for us all, a performer like Bruce deserves to be looked after better.
I later learned that Bono joined Bruce on stage and all I could think of was " what are the chances of this happening again in my lifetime?" Two legends sharing Croke Park !!!
I trust someone will take notice of my submission . Whether it will make any difference or not I know is seriously questionable!!!

Had great experience both buying and selling on the Seatwave site

You cant buy tickets on ticketmaster for the seats you might like and this is logging on at 9.00am for first offering, even if you asked for best available but in 2 tics you get referred to seatwave offering the seats that you would like at prices that have to be seen to be believed. Its depressing as when you eventually get the tickets and go to the arena you are usually seated in crap seats.

Now what gets me is how can seatwave get tickets about 1 minute after the booking facility is opened.

NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I HOPE THEY GET CLOSED DOWN

NB Please notice in reply below there is no mention how the tickets get to seatwave moments after the ticketmaster site opens. Its a con and they know it but people pay extra as that is the only option. This practice is banned in Brazil, wish the same applied here.

PPS I forgot to mention that SEATWAVE is owned by Ticketmaster and the fact tickets were available one minute after ticketmaster opened at 9am, says it all. So go figure. Lets hope the powers that be take a good look at this practice and follow the Brazil model. The artists should take a firmer line as well out of respect for fans and ban this practice.

Used seat wave to buy tickets for a present b so quick and easy tickets were in perfect condition no issue with them ! Definitely be using them again :)

Never felt so ripped off in my life.was online for beginning of ticket sales. Button immediately 'greyed out' followed by pop-up from Seat wave offering same tickets at many times face value. I hope legislation is brought in to make this sharp practice illegal.

This site is a complete rip-off; tickets at GROSSLY inflated prices!

It was good till and efficient

Very quicky easy for me to acquire great tickets which were clearly described on the website. Due to the great tickets i had a phenomenal night which wouldve not been possible without the help of seatwave.
