Sebo spares ordered, best prices I could find, genuine parts and arrived within 48 hours. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered a part for our Sebo Vacuum Cleaner on the Wednesday, arrived on the Thursday. Excellent service given that it was the week after Christmas. Fitted the part in two minutes, after watching the very helpful how to video.
Can't fault the service, will use again when the need arises.

My Sebo vacuum cleaner had become very difficult to push so I searched and came across this site. To be frank, the advice to replace the roller brush seemed a bit far fetched but I was so impressed with the down to earth, clear, understandable writing, I thought I'd try. I didn't get the genuine part as I was still a little sceptical and wanted to try the most inexpensive solution first. The compatible brush arrived today, the day after ordering, and I tried it straight away. And - it worked!!!! The machine moves effortlessly now. I will definitely use this shop for my future Sebo needs. I am genuinely impressed :-)

Good online price, easy to use website with helpful and instructional videos, and next day DPD delivery built in to the price. While I could get my new Sebo vacuum cleaner elsewhere for cheaper, by the time you factor in deliver there wouldn't be so much in it. And frankly, the people behind the helpful and informative website should get some support!

After reading articles on the Sebo Shop's blog i was able to diagnose the problem with my X4 cleaner, find the relevant spares and quickly place an online order. Confirmation was prompt and delivery was on the day advised. All items arrived well packed and OEM items cleary marked. A faultless shopping experience.
Now onto the repairs!

Very good website, ordered lots of parts for Sebo X4 came next day well packaged. Have used shop in the past still consistent with service.

when i contacted Sebo about the foot pedal falling off my upright sebo they told me a replacement would cost £4.99 plus £4 postage. The pedal was small enough to be posted in a normal envelope but i didn’t really have any choice in the matter. when i made the purchase i found the standard postage charge was actually £6.99. when i complained i was referred to a website where i could see this for myself, presumably on the assumption i thought they were making it up. So i forked out and got my pedal, utterly devoid of any instructions on how to fit it. I will look at Dyson in a more favourable light in future.

We needed new motor brushes for an old Sebo and couldn't find them on the site. I sent a message and had an amazing response - Claire checked with the engineers and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we got the right part. Fantastic personal service - many thanks.
