These girls are amazing!! 🤩 for the past 4 year’s I’ve worn Secret Hair Extensions and would not go anywhere else! So friendly, helpful and always put 100% into their work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have extensions fitted! ☺️

I read through the reveiws and lucky for some they had 'great' customer service, I can also see they pride themselves on this 'great' service, they also claimed to me that they 'always reply within 24 hours' which wasn't the case for me, the next message after they said this they then stopped replying, ignored me even up to today, I am certain it will continue. Where is this 'great' service you pride yourselves on. So this will most likely be a long detailed review. I ordered 2 packs of tape in extentions, scandinavian blonde balayage to match my previously bought extentions from another company(beauty works) as this is the only company I could find with a very similar colour, I had a few issues with my parcel disappearing in the beginning(entirely nothing to do with their company) which they were very very helpful and quick about, i think it was the day later that I located it and I saw that they sent me 1 balayage scandinavian blonde and I think it was 1 viking blonde. I emailed them to say this wasn't what I ordered, it was 4 days they didn't get back to me and seemed to have only replied as I had asked klarna to pause the payments and told them this in another email which was the email they then replied to. It proved quite difficult to get into contact with them, it is sooooo difficult to get through to them on the phone I called and called and called over 3 seperate days and just ringing.. nothing for ages until I gave up and tried again(this was between their times of 10am and 4pm and monday-friday)(btw I even tried today and just ringing, as expected) When I FINALLY managed to get through to someone on the phone i think 2 days after my email, she said that the reason why I had been sent something else was because they ran out of stock but sent me the last one(I kept checking the website after this and it NEVER was put out of stock), she told me when sandwiching them together I can put the viking blonde under the balayge( you need to understand when I put my hair up there will be a bright blonde tab in my darker roots, that's why I didn't order that one and I couldn't even dye them if I wanted to as the tabs will clearly not take any colour. Hair extentions are pretty pricey and I expect to get what I ordered, I mean everyone does when spending their money on things right? What I wanted to spend my money on, you shouldn't be able to substitube my product to something that is honestly completely different as like I said I can't even dye them because the tab will not take colour. Everyone I've spoken to agrees that you guys shouldn't have done that, no company should, you should have cancelled the order or contacted me, you have my information that is definitely correct. I then said I want to return it and she said she was going to send me a returns form and I gave her the email, we double checked it, but I received nothing. I tried to call again after that numerous times, again, no answer. So that's when I stopped klarna payments and sent an email to them which they obviously replied to, with the returns form. But to be honest I found the email quite rude, wether it was not or i just read it wrong I asked to speak to someone higher also asked if they could arrange doorstep collection as I know its possible and I am unable to get to the post office(for my own reasons) also because its not my fault they actually purposely decided to send me what I didn't want, what I didnt ask for and also charged me £6something for delivery when they claimed it to be 'free over £100'. But guess what? No reply, to this very moment absolutely no reply. I also read a review on here saying that the hair wasn't the weight stated and this is definitely true as I was curious and weighed it for myself. I will definitely be contacting trading standards because i will not even bother to waste my time trying to contact them when they clearly don't care. I have also double checked everything, all the emails and everything I've said in this review is correct. They also didn't change the item to out of stock, I've checked nearly everyday, unfortunatly and it has never changed. I really don't understand it. Let me say also they advertise all over their website free delivery over £100(on the home page and on the actual products page)but you pay £6 something for delivery(I spent over £100 and still paid) they have now changed this today to free over £150 suprisingly
This is just my experience maybe they are ok to others but it is up to you to take that gamble. I have to be fair and say that the hair itself is beautiful (tape ins), great quality but I just wish I recived what I ordered and had a better experience with the customer service. So quality is great,customer service only seems to be great depending on the situation. This situation was not at all my fault but now I've lost nearly £70 and stuck with hair extentions that I have absolutely no use for

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star just terrible don’t buy from these asked and asked for a return as the quality is just rubbish and what a waste of money for spending £200 the video looks better than what they are don’t waste your money and customer service is rubbish they won’t even communicate with you properly and they take a long time to email back.

After seeking advice a few weeks ago, I ordered the halo hair extensions in oak and ash. Was really pleased with the customer service and the speed of delivery. I finally got the chance to wear them and I felt like a million dollars. The halo is so easy to use even for a novice like me. The hair feels so soft and great quality and I am so happy with the colour. I'd definitely order from Secret Hair Uk again and would definitely recommend.

So pleased with my extensions from Secret Hair - the quality of the hair is amazing and blends with my hair so well, and the halo is literally invisible to wear. The customer service was also great - particularly Jules!

Excellent Customer Service and great advise and response to my enquiries. Jules has been great, very sympathetic to my individual hair requirements. The hair quality is the best I have had and the halo the most comfortable I have worn. I will be purchasing more hair in the future. I have confidence in knowing the advise and quality is excellent making my choices easier to make. Thank you.

You lie that this is Russian hair. I had Russian hair and it is not like that. It is a pity that I spent my money on this garbage. It is not even the exact gram that is described. Very bad.

Omg!!! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. From start to finish Jules was so attentive and helpful. She couldn’t do enough for me. Really made me feel assured that I had gone with the right company. And then to receive my halo extensions, the quality of hair and colour match (again thanks to Jules) is awesome!! I can’t wait to wear my halo.

Excellent quality, these are my absolute favourite hair extensions and the only ones I will buy now! They are thick full and long lasting. Highly recommended

Honestly the most wonderful customer service. I was really silly and accidentally ordered 2 halo hair extensions rather than one and panicked! I emailed to let them know and asked if there was any way that I could have a partial refund but expected to have to receive the items and return them first. They got back to me so quickly and Jules (on a Sunday too!) responded to me and gave me a partial refund. I’ve honestly never had such a positive customer service experience and I can’t wait to receive my order ☺️ Thank you so much. You’re brilliant.

I had tape extension fitted yesterday and the salon is so lovely and clean, the hair feels so beautiful and soft. The hair quality is just amazing feels so natural. The lady’s are very kind and welcoming. Would 100% recommend secret hair, best quality extensions Iv ever had!

When I visited the salon Julie took the trouble to explain the different options to me without pushing the most expensive option. After two free consultations we went ahead and I am absolutely thrilled with the results!

UNBELIEVABLE TO SAY THE LEAST !
I brought these extensions after trying many brands of clip ins ( too many to mention )

and I thought I would give the clip ins a go and I was shocked !!! The thickness , the length , and the quality was unbelievable and so affordable for what u received ! They came in the most boujee packaging with the hair in a gorgeous silk bag !

I personally suffer massively with hair loss as I have bad psoriasis throughout my scalp and the confidence these have gave me is absolutely life changing ! So easy to put in and changes your look instantly!
I had brought the 20” 200g clip ins and was so obsessed a few days later I purchased more but in a shorter length !
Get these as u won’t be disappointed and the customer service is amazing !!

I have had hair extensions in and out for years and had bad experiences, especially with bad quality hair and shedding. I’ve had my nano rings in from secret hair and they are 8 months & going strong. Great quality hair, never sheds and never fall out. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to assist their customers. Could not recommend them enough.
