Very quick response and great communication prior to ordering

Around October time I have come across to security direct on my Google search I have spoken to customer service and lady has advise me what additional stuff I will require together with the slat. She advise me that I can collect my order from a local depot if I don't want to pay the delivery charges which is for heavy items, she advise me I can request a quote and someone will get back to me to fulfil my order. After this I forgot about it and I have been receiving calls from them but I forgot that I have sent quote and I was thinking it's spam calls so I have blocked them 😭 This is my DIY skills where I leave things half way and start doing something else. Around December time I realise that I think I have been receiving calls from security direct and I have blocked them thinking spam 😕. I then sent new quote and I have been communicating with mathew Yeo throughout until I receive the delivery. He helped me to find exact match for replacement slat. I really appreciate his help with this order. I have three shutters for my house and when I will replace them I will use security direct as I believe they are experienced and they know what they are doing. Thank you 🙏

Excellent service and goods, will use again

I needed a replacement safety edge for my 2008-vintage Seceuroglide garage door. Security Direct's sales team responded quickly to my enquiry, and helped me to select the correct part for my door, which was delivered in a couple of days. When there was a minor snag with the order, their response was immediate and very fair. It is good to know that there are companies like Security Direct supplying spare parts so that we can repair rather than replace.
