Beware

Beware! Subscription only and I got scammed. Got a terrible rash like hives all over my skin, my face and body. I’m still getting tested because of this by a dermatologist. It’s been a month since I quit it still won’t go away.

Terrible Customer Support

The product is effective and I want to continue, but their customer service is horrible. They do an automated response saying they will get back to you in 1 - 2 business days. One of my requests is over 10 days old and the other (more important one) is 4 days old. They billed me for a delivery that I never received. I checked tracking and it never shipped. I am now out of their product and don't know how to get in touch with them. They ONLY support their customers through email. Ridiculous~

Manipulative business tactics

The product is fine and it was very effective for the first week and then less apparent. I gave 1star because it was impossible to disengage even when I had 'no active subscriptions' in my account. Since then I received confirmation of cancellation of the account but not the shipment which I did not want, and for which I'm told a refund is impossible. Then they had the nerve to apply FOMO tactics to pressure me into using 'loyalty points' I didn't even know I had on any subsequent orders!

It should not be unclear as to whether subscriptions are truly canceled or not. I really don't respect their tactics. They seem unethical to me. If possible source your probiotics elsewhere.

Please do not use this product

Please do not use this product, I wasted lots of money on several months worth of usage and no effect. Also their customer service is awful as is their delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS product unless you want to waste our money.

5 star product shipped with zero star…

5 star product shipped with zero star logistics company.

I really love the product, best probiotics I ever tried. However Seed use Passport Global to ship to EU, it is a disaster, my supply have now been lost by Passport and I have to discontinue using Seed while I wait for a new supply sent with the same logistics partner, promised date of delivery is 3 weeks away, I am now actively looking for an EU based competitor because of the shipping partner.
Seed customer service has been very helpful, but unfortunately my buying experience has been tarnished by their choice of passport global who lost my parcel in the Netherlands and have the worst ever BOT to take care of the customer service, I am still waiting for an answer two weeks after reporting the parcel missing........

Back to the product, it is wonderful, I feel a real change in my gut and bowel movements, I would have been a lifelong customer if it was not for the logistics. I also appreciate the kind and prompt customer service and the information on website, very interesting to read about the science behind the product.

Seed Terrible

The product is not all it’s cracked up to be. There is no way to cancel a subscription even though there are steps on the website to do so. You cannot contact them by phone, the only way to cancel service is to cancel your card. Worst product and company to work with. Do Not buy this product.

I am sure the product works fairly well. However, their subscription service stinks. They claim I received an email to receive a second batch of product according to my subscription, but I did not. So it was s surprise when $134 appeared on my credit card. They have no direct customer service phone btw. I emailed and they wrote a lovely note back saying the product had been sent. Really? The DAY it was charged on my card it could not be stopped? I hate these subscription services which blindside you. They should take customer service advice from Chewey.

An unauthorised charge for 500+$’s appeared on my credit card. It was a recurring charge. I’ve never requested anything from this website let alone placed any orders. The internet appears to be a more dangerous place.
Reported this doubtful charge to my Credit Card issuer.

I liked the product . The customer service is so sketch , that it makes u question the companies integrity.
They pretend to be too busy to respond ,the tell tale is they also tell u not to email a second inquiry . I think any legit company would understand the importance of customer service ,

Scam

What a scam of a company wish I would of found these reviews before I purchased it. They just keep on charging you so makesure to cancel your subscription. They say can get a refund but only on your initial purchase. Bought two months worth initially then 30 days later they automatically sell you more at full price 40% more than my initial purchase . Will makesure everyone I know to stay away from this company.

Subscription Billing

I had a great experience and liked the product but then I paused my subscription for a while to save money. So I pushed out my next order date.

However, I was billed earlier than I wanted with NO response from Customer Service.

And nothing shipped yet either ....

So I have cancelled my subscription and will be contacting my bank to do a chargeback.

Be very careful!

Subscription rip off

I tried the probiotic for several months, no real difference. When the email came that they were shipping in 3 days I immediately canceled and got a confirmation email that I canceled. They shipped the product anyway and of course charged me. They won't take the unopened package back and they wont refund the money. Typical subscription rip off, just a money grab.

SCAM!!!!

The initial cost of my order was $34.99 but they’ve taken $61.99 from my account. I’ve enquired about this and heard nothing.
I’ve also ordered with delivery in 3-4 days at an additional cost and have not received the item, and when I try to track the delivery it seems to be lost. Again, I can’t reach anyone at the company.
Complete scam… I wish I did more research into the company.
Also, wish I could give a review of the product, but I guess I’ll never know!
DO NOT BUY!!!

Terrible Customer Service

I have a subscription to receive seed once per month. It’s for my wife. She thinks it may be helping but not 100% sure. My problem with seed is that they have NO customer service. The shipment for May was going to the wrong address. I’ve been in touch with USPS and they are trying re-route the package. In the meantime, I have emailed seed FIVE TIMES over the last 4 days and have NOT received one reply. So does this product work? Maybe, Maybe not but if you have a problem, you will not receive any help at all and if you find their phone number and call, it’s a recording telling you to go to their website and then it hangs up.
