A great product worth trying

Not sure why all the bad reviews. It comes from California not China. I have had ulcerative colitis for decades. I take expensive prescription pills … 2 pills twice a day (Pentasa) It helps but not much. Then I heard about Seed from an online health video blogger. So I thought I’d give it a try. I live in Canada so I did the 3 months supply for the free shipping. Somehow I screwed that up and ordered double the amount. Customer service fixed it right away and even credited me for 3 months worth! After a few weeks I noticed a difference. Fast forward a year later I didn’t have the money so I paused my subscription. I wasn’t sure if it was making a big difference so I thought no big deal. After a month of not taking it my colitis got to be very painful… even with the Pentasa pills. A few weeks later I was able to subscribe to Seed again and after a couple of days my colitis calmed down a lot. Not using it for a bit & getting sick again convinced me the Seed probiotics are working. I’ve been ordering Seed ever since. I have not tried any of their other products. Yes it’s pricey especially with the crappy USA to CAD exchange rate but for me it’s worth it health wise. Right now at the time of this review it’s $75 per month taxes in.

We must be reviewing two different…

We must be reviewing two different companies because all these bad reviews make no sense. Target sells this stuff, I’ve been consistently taking it daily for almost a month now, I will say it took two weeks to see results BUT after that two weeks the results are AMAZING. I’ve dealt with opioid induced constipation for YEARS, I’ve tried every known laxative, herbal remedy and other probiotics with NO luck and after two weeks I am pooping like a champ every single day like clock work, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Give it two honest weeks, two capsules daily for two weeks, drink plenty of water and you will see good results.

‪Company makes it difficult to cancel… account button only allows you to pause delivery 4 months. If you talk to them on the phone send a follow up email for proof of cancellation. I have unopened product that I have absorb cost for now. Poor customer service ‬

Wish I’d checked these reviews before…

Wish I’d checked these reviews before buying this stuff. Shipping took forever and there was no communication or updates provided.
The product itself is way overpriced and appears to come from China.
I hope I have avoided being signed up for a subscription.
This is a scam. Save your money and buy local.

Atrocious awful customer service

Atrocious awful customer service! They are useless and the company doesn’t allow you to remove your credit card from the system upon discontinuing membership and subscriptions. They also continue to charge without authorizations, AND after cancellation accounts and subscriptions. Super slimy and dishonest. I honestly don’t know how they can consciously be ok with their ethics and protocols!! Kinda illegal!
Below it asks for “date if experience”. It was months at a time!!!!

Y'all really need to give us a way to give a company zero stars! Why do you deserve one star if you do nothing!?

This company and its products are jokes! They set you up with a profile and an account. They then tell you every purchase earns you points that you can then redeem! They control what you can and cannot redeem if you want to redeem the same thing twice they say oh no no no you can't have that with your points you now need to pay money for it they are a SCAM!

WORK ON YOUR DIET PEOPLE TAKE CARE OF YOUR GUT HEALTH AND YOUR LIVER ON YOUR OWN WITH FOOD AND STOP DEPENDING ON THESE COMPANIES THAT ARE JUST RIPPING US OFF AND MAKING SURE THAT WE STAY THE 99%!

Predatory refund policy. No way to contact them in a timely manner

If you go to their contact page on their website to reach out for assistance there’s only a contact from you have to fill out and hope someone will get back to you within a timely manner to address your issue. There’s no phone number, no email, no real people.

They also have no reminders for cancellation of upcoming shipments. I canceled my subscription but they said all I did was extend it, which isn’t true. Then I get a $275 charge. With no way to contact them to cancel the order shipped By the time they get back to me they say the order was processed and sent out and they offer no refunds.

I filed a complaint with BBB and filed a claim with my bank.

Terrible company

Reviews on their website are great....of course but everywhere else, not so much. Terrible company, do not use. Will not accept their own unopened package. No refunds for any reason.

Terrible company do not order from them.

Terrible company, no real people work here. Just AI agents. Wouldn't know if the product is even good because they dont ship your order and never respond to customer service inquiries. Had to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

AVOID

I wasn’t sure it was making a huge difference in my health so decided to cancel and that was when I was convinced the brand has no confidence in its product- cancellation is EXTREMELY deceptive and hidden, and customer service is non existent. No product that is truly effective needs to lock in customers like that.

The DS-01 Probiotic didn't help my…

The DS-01 Probiotic didn't help my digestion nor my bloating so I canceled my subscription after several months. They sent me a three-month supply after this. I contacted them numerous times about this and asked for yes or no answers and what I got was one long drawn out email after another. Even when I stated I wanted a yes or no answer to my questions, they wouldn't have enough respect for me to do so. Product doesn't work and customer service is terrible. Don't buy from them or you'll regret it like I did.

Life Changing

Best Symbiotic ever made. This product is definitely life changing. My health has boosted phenomenally. In a little over 3 months I've noticed significant improvement to my well being. Better overall feel day to day, better digestion, skin, clarity of thought, immunity, heart rate improvement noticed by my physician, better mood. This product is very rare (24 non-fermenting strains double capsuled to survive stomach acid), there's really nothing on the market that can compete with this product. I hear some experience issues with the subscription model, I went to account settings and was able to one click cancel the subscription. Upon seeing how easy it is to unsubscribe from Seed, I resumed my subscription with the same kind of ease. Thank you seed.com for making such a life changing Symbiotic accessible to everyone, not only the most wealthy. I also thank you for being so transparent, as I did read the reports that you regularly do thorough in house testing, and unlike many competitors you also welcome third party testing of seed not only for potency, but also for purity... 2nd delivery no bottle , cheap paper packaging!

Used my first bottle and seemed ok. Received another and thy were delivered in a paper bag! Some of the pills broke open and it looked like green sand! Waiting to hear back regarding a refund! Can’t speak with them on the phone only email. Cheap packaging and unsanitary!

Horrible Customer service with no responses

I don’t care for the product. It does t work that great and very expensive. I tried to cancel my subscription but next to impossible. Their website is hard to navigate. You can’t even call them. The number given just tells you to go online. Terrible Customer service. Save your money and get something cheaper that works even better.
