ALL WEATHER HEADGEAR PLEASE
The staff & proceedures were fine: it was only sleeping in the neck collar of the EEG machine that was difficult. The other difficulties were understandable why they were a bit uncomfortable, but they weren't too bad.
Also, being that I did the EEG week-long test in winter, I'd wished I'd had a rain hat or showercap, coz going outside to feed my horses at dusk every day, holding an umbrella at the same time is difficult. No biggie, just an observation to imaybe include or recommend having a waterproof cap/hat or cover in the little kit.

During my EEG appointment the lady who did my test was extremely helpful, she helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole test. Explained what the test entails and guided me through it well.
One star because I couldn’t give 0
One star because I couldn’t give 0. Absolutely appalling service start to finish with absolutely no care for a child. They take your money claiming a medicare rebate exists when in-fact you are out close to $600, report was not sent to neurologist until neurologist chased it up months after email stating the report was sent. They do not answer calls or emails and will just hang up if you civilly ask a question. Would not recommend.
No wonder the business now is closed due to the safety of the patients.

Seer medical is such a seamless and user friendly experience.
We love the tech and the comfort of the actual headgear. Our 10 year old has used it twice now in the last 6 months both for over a week. She has had them too in the hospitals and they just aren’t as comfortable nor the probs as secure. The comfort and ease of being able to monitor at home.
The people are great and helpful.
The only annoying thing is the camera and having to lug it around the house which I guess got a well is worth the trade off considering the information we want.
Our feedback from the neuro was that our child had been unable to be viewed sometimes during record events, due to things in the way. Which could have partially been our fault but we don’t know how the camera views things and kids tend to move around.
Seer is on time, committed and quality service provider.

thank you for helping!
first is a thank you to seer in general and being able to have the test i needed done and the help to understand what’s happening with me. secondly a massive massive thank you for the lady who served us and hooked me up to the monitor was very understanding even when i got upset over it all and after the 6hrs to get to the gold coast i was already sore and not in the best off moods she even offered to postpone it for a week or two so helpful after 2 1/2 years of dealing with being poked and prodded like lab experiment in nsw hospitals it’s been a big relief to have been treated with care and understanding and how quickly they were able to get results and the feeling that they want to help and stop my seizures and help give me a sense of a normal life again, not what i have previously been through in nsw basically being shut down and told that i wasn’t having them and i’d be fine just need to change my mind set and they stop which wasn’t and hasn’t been the case. so once more thank you to the seer team!

Can't thank them enough
I was able to get help when I needed it from there staff which made the experience a little less stressful.
Also if it wasn't for them contacting my doctor to urgently point out something was wrong I would be in a very different situation today in the end even tho it cost alot it was worth it thanks everyone a seer medical
