The daily contact was very helpful and sometimes when I got a bit lost with instruction they got me to sit in front of the camera and coached me through the process if I had any questions they were very available to speak to me which made the experience very good and the fact I was able to be myself and not be couped up in hospital was so great a very big thankyou

The staff were friendly and professional. They explained the process clearly and allowed for questions and made me feel comfortable. I was especially grateful for the ability to ring for help and advice. Once again the staff were cheerful and helpful. The text messages about electrodes needing attention was excellent.
The facility at Shepparton was a little disappointing. It felt very much like a temporary hire space with packing boxes and equipment lying around.
As a country resident from around Albury/Wodonga, I wondered why such a service couldn’t be delivered in our area. Having to drive a four hour round trip, especially to drop the equipment off by 10 am is not an easy task

My personal opinion…
The staff who are in charge of giving the information and the equipment are very kind and explained clearly about the study, based in my personal experience I think is very important for Seer Medical to make sure the patient got someone who help them refilling the electrodes in time, in my case I live alone and my family works every day.
The person in the front desk, needs to smile and show a little bit of empathy to make the patient feel more comfortable and less tense, that's my personal opinion
